I can’t not imagine the sales being any good if staff don’t actually push for sales during this quiet time of the year right after Christmas holidays.

Bill’s customer service is exceptional. He’s helped me out with choosing a suit that fits my needs. He was friendly, welcoming, helpful and supportive. I will continue to shop with Bill and PJ!

Sun 4-Dec-2022. Staff are ok. Their range could be a bit wider and the prices could possibly be a bit cheaper. The store is tidy and not too crowded. Uploaded receipt as proof of patronage.

Illias (hope i got it right) was great! I went in (last minute) to get a suit for an upcoming wedding. Great suggestions by him also and ended up putting together quite the combo for me. Also ensuring I was happy with everything. Will shop here again. Much better than other places where it's just here you go, try it on etc. Proper customer service:)

Not sure why people would be praising so highly about the shop when customer service was extreme unprofessional.

Expected to get a new wedding suit for my husband.

I asked a question if I would be able to buy new stock in inventory (not off the floor). And the staff started giving me lectures on why would I ask such question.

I explained because people have trying it on. (If their policy not allow to do so. Simply just say no). I don’t know what triggered him. He wouldn’t stop telling me if I go to another shop I would be expected to get floor stock too as if I was ignorant and uneducated. Unfortunately that’s not really the case. Different shops would have different policy. I have been to shops where they would have garments for trying and offer new one, once decided on purchase. But he just kept on going and on. To the point I just ignored him.

As my husband trying on one of the blazer. I mentioned the jacket doesn’t fit right at the shoulder, looks slightly tight. And the staff then say something along the line this is what you expect to get. I should just go tailoring don’t come here. Excuse me, I can’t even have my own opinion? The way he worded everything and his attitude was just beyond unprofessional. I would never go back.

The picture that Dan the man posted and was very happy about in his review is worrying, said that he got a lot of advice on the suit.
It's a very poor fit on the shoulders and less importantly the sleeves aren't smooth, everything starts from the shoulders, probably enough to steer me clear.

Great service, good selection and excellent price. What else are you looking for?

I have got 3 pairs of the same trousers and 3 different jackets for the price of a 3 pieces suit set in the city.

Bitisha (sales assistant) was excellent - she understood exactly what we were looking for in terms of colour and fit, with excellent attention to detail in fit and tailoring. She remembered all the previous fits and suggested us all the right shirts and trousers all while juggling 3 customers at the same time. Couldn't recommend her service more. I went to a number of decent men's clothing stores at the Homebush DFO outlet such as RM Williams, Ralph Lauren, Rodd & Gunn, etc, to take advantage of the Black Friday sales. I finally stubled into the Peter Jackson store. I came across Karl as soon as I entered the store. He was very welcoming and extremely helpful with his knowledge and passion in men's fashion. Within about 10 minutes, he helped me come up with a matching combination (pant and shirt) that suited the ocassion I needed the clothes for. This was also the first time I can remember purchasing linen clothes; had it not been for him, I would not have purchased them as I always thought linen clothes looked crumbly and very informal. I also noticed that he never tried to oversell me anything and rather suggested to go for the simpler, plainer look that usually goes well with linen clothing fashion. He went over and beyond my expectations from a store rep. He not only helped me with that, but he was also able to quickly secure a tailor to alter my pant length before the shop shut. Honestly, the only reason I bought the clothes from Peter Jackson was because of Karl; otherwise, my expreience would have been like with any other stores. 5 stars to Peter Jackson because of Karl.

Wow! Absolutely fantastic service by Karl! As soon as I stepped foot into the store, he enthusiastically and patiently helped me pick out and try on suits. His knowledge, charisma, and proficient bilingualism allowed for quick and efficient service. I left the store a happy and satisfied customer. Would highly recommend. Thanks Karl!

Went in to buy a black suit for a funeral for me and my brother. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Carl who was very enthusiastic. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to find one my size as I’m a pretty tall bloke but the first suit I was given was a perfect fit. Literally no other stores had one in my size or were able to help me as well as that guy.

I was surprised when we also received a discount after checking all the other stores and finding nothing else they could have easily ripped me for literally the one suit in the whole of dfo that fit me. All in all I was given an impeccable service and overall a good experience as it’s not everyday you go suit shopping so they really hit the nail on the head.

A+ 5 Stars and I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Steven was a great sales assistant who helped me pick out three suits which I was very happy with. I've recommended him to all my friends if they're in need of a good suit, even to my friend who's suit shopping for his wedding.

Most over priced shops according to articles available. Pathatic & poor service. No exchange or Refund after sale. Will NEVER RECOMMEND Anyone to go there or buy any thing

When my brother and I thought purchasing a suit would be a difficult task, Karl made everything super easy and simple after we walked in Peter Jackson. We came in with very low expectations as we walked around a few stores with no luck. This quickly changed with Karl, who is a great person and suit fitter, with a good eye for people. It didn't feel like we were talking with a staff member, it really felt like we were talking to a friend. Long story short, my brother and I left the store super happy, from both the price we paid for the suits and the customer service. Can't wait to see to see our suits in a week!

The store manager, Karl carries the store with excellent customer service. His knowledge of the shop's founding history is impressive. Karl is the kind of a manager who can make anything prosper with his personalised service and product knowledge. Well done Karl.
