To the man with the flashy jewellery and big glasses

Never have I ever been so inundated with such fowl behaviour. I walk into a suit store to shop for my father and we get not only disrespected but made to look like a fool for not buying from him. It started from stereotypes jokes about our culture, sexualising and the constant bargaining and peer pressure to buy after the we repeatedly said we would think about it. He over priced us then kept lowering the price trying to persuade us and then rudely dismissed us after we said we would think about it. This unwelcoming disgusting behaviour was such unprofessionalism is not what I expected from this business.

Along with the manager with him, was a complete bystander and acknowledged what was happening yet was very dismissive about the situation. Absolutely disguised

Wonderful customer service by Yusuf and another staff member. My fiancée and I went in today looking for a wedding suit. Apart from the service, the quality of the suit, trousers and shirt also stood out (compared to other stores we went to). Overall, happy with the purchase (price & quality) and experience. Highly recommend.

I’m getting married in January and was looking for a wedding suit. I was served by Yousef who was extremely friendly and helpful and satisfied all my wants for my wedding suit whilst providing excellent expertise and amazing customer experience. He was really good and when I went back to buy the suit he remembered me and continued to provide amazing customer service.

Poor customer service from the man with all the flashy jewellery. He doesn't listen to what I wanted, or what I requested. He cuts me off when I'm trying to talk to him, is pushy & rude & just wasted my time. He doesn't seem to be a good PJ supporter either, his jewls, shoes, coat all came from competitors.

I was in Liverpool store I was disappointed from service I told them I am not coming again

I came in a few months ago to buy suits for my groomsmen. Kersi the store manager was super helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. He was attentive, polite and knowledgeable of the products. What made my situation harder is that one of my groomsmen is in Victoria. Kersi was able to coordinate with a store in Melbourne to get the right size and then have my suit ordered!

This is not the first time I've shopped at Peter Jackson, they're great suits and the Liverpool store is definitely one of the best!

Ali, Kersi and Manatu have always been a pleasure to deal with. Their help with the various suits and items I have bought has been nothing short of world class. I have always felt welcome and greatly appreciated and they have always been extremely professional. I highly recommend their amazing shop and service.

I have visited a couple of shops looking to buy a nice suit and this store was by far the best in terms of the products variety and customer service.

Amazing store, purchased 3 suits, couple of shirts and ties and all were discounted! The retail manager - Kersi has helped tremendously with picking a perfect style for my year 12 formal for an amazing price given the 100% merino wool suits. He's a very patient and respectful person and never leaves a customer disappointed before leaving the store. Manatu and Ali also provided professional great customer service. Overall a rich experience in buying my first suit at Liverpool Peter Jackson and I will come back for my next one!

Mr Kersi was so lovely to give us his time and offer his assistance regardless of me not being a customer very helpful. And was an absolute pleasure to have a chat with.

Was recommended Peter Jackson for suits by a family member. The suits were quite nice and the store was having a great sale that we were keen on, however, I did not like the customer service.

When we told a staff member that we were looking for a suit to wear at a wedding next year, the staff member told us to come back later in the year when the new styles were available, and left us without providing any further assistance.

We continued to browse anyway, as we wanted to get a suit now if possible, particularly as the sale was on. After trying on a couple of jackets to try and work out size, the staff member returned and directed us to the appropriate size.

My partner tried on the recommended jacket however we thought it was too long. We asked for the short length jacket but the staff member immediately informed us that the store did not have the short length, insisted that the regular length was the right length, and that after purchasing the suit, we would be escorted to a tailor to have the sleeves shortened. We asked how much alterations are expected to cost, but the staff member did not provide us with a ballpark estimate.

In the end, we told the staff member we wouldn't be buying the suit due to the length. The staff member then left us for a moment and returned with the short length jacket.

I'm not sure why the staff member didn't get the short length jacket for us to try when we requested for it. It looked much better than the regular length jacket, and probably would not have required any alterations at all.

If we were able to try on the short length to begin with, we very likely would have purchased the suit but because we found the customer service so perplexing, we decided against it.

We want to say how much we appreciated the excellent service and assistance at the Peter Jackson Westfield store recently. The suits purchased are of outstanding quality. We especially commend Manatu Fatu and Kersi Kadava for their excellent manner and help. Will shop there anytime
