Became part of the family. We went to Peter, Lorna and the team on a Friday, with the requirement of an urgent sale of property then being listed Saturday afternoon the day after and with a final offer accepted on the following Tuesday morning. Amazing job in 3 days (1/2 Sat, Sun, Mon and 1/2 Tues) including the weekend. The outcome in itself is proof of Peters and his teams market knowledge and the list of buyers’ whom engage his services to look out for potential suiting properties. The vendor communication was second to none including weekends and evenings including even when Peter was not in the office. Peter and his team became part of the family and worked not just for us but with us guiding us through the sale and total settlement process, in a very professional but caring manner. Great Help and easy to deal with.
At first as we looked for land they were a great help then a few places came up for us to look at and they were so accommodating with viewings. Were a great help with the negotiation process and made for a very smooth sales process as well. We will definitely be using them to sell our house.
