Loved that it was as good as the barn I visited in Dubbo and just as big. Very helpful staff and excellent range.

The staff member I got, went the extra mile to fit out my dog with a harness. $200 later I was ready to throw even more at them because I get excellent customer service. Thanks Heaps and my dog says; grooooowl wooooof woooooof. I think that means she likes it.

Love pet are stores in general as does my mini Dashi who always makes a bee line for the fluffy squeaky toys lol He had a bath there today as it's a great place for me to do this, no bending or great effort on my part as I habe physical limitations.

I wanted to check out prices of grooming clippers and wanted info on the models, I was approached by a young "L" plater who asked if I needed assistance and then I asked quite a few questions on the models and she was quite helpful to me to decide on which one would suit me best. I asked about replacement parts and she wasn't quite sure so asked for further advice from another staff member and I left the shop knowing which one to buy when I came in next month (when budget allowed). All round very pleasant, very helpful and rather than just looking blank, she made the effort to seek further assistance rather than leave me without answers. Great asset to Petbarn.

Had awesome customer service at the tamworth petbarn.not only did I get what I needed for my cat but I signed up to be a member then get match the current price which dropped one of my products by almost $30 I was shocked but very happy to pay. I won't be shopping anywhere else for my furr baby. ‍

Fiest time in there very quickly greated by a staff member. A very bubbly young lady who had us sorted in 5 mins. Thank you young miss.

I went for a filter for our fish tank. I got good advice and good products for ok price. But having said that my wallet is hard to open.

Not very friendly staff area manager is not a help dont try to help with price matching because product was brought more then 24hrs there prices are really high complained to other pet stores dont knowvif they get my buisness again

Walked out of place, waited to be served and waited and waited,
apparently the young bloke would rather serve other people that walked in
after me. Made eye contact several times and still ignored me.had been a customer for a long time. NO MORE.

Really nice employees. Reyes to give my dog a treat but he wasn't hungry (he just threw up in the car 5min ago) had a nice chat, bought what we needed to buy and left. Great service

The staff are always friendly and helpful and always willing to give you a hand I am a regular and I wouldnt shop anywhere else for my furkids

This is my favourite pet store in town. It is big and has a great variety of items. I can get everything I need at this location. The store is clean and quite open. I personally love the music that plays outside before you walk in. Staff are very friendly and helpful, only in occasion do you get someone that seems uninterested. Only other downfall is how far out of town it is, but that doesn't effect the quality of the store and staff.

Fantastic place! Always a Welcoming experience! They are always happy to help no matter what. If they can't help they refer you to someone who can.lots of variety of Supplies and Always willing to order in if they dont have it on shelf.
