I had mice problems in the kitchen and the electronic device I purchased solved my problem now I will have to get one for my shed.

Quick and efficient service and product appears to be working, no evidence of rodents since installation, have ordered more products

Pestrol Solar Elite has been excellent in ridding our Patio area of cats. After two weeks away, we came home to Cat urine everywhere, particularly on the doors and patio furniture. Since we installed Pestrol Elite, there has been no evidence of cats returning to this area, however, they still visit our yard, pooping in the garden. The only problem we see is that the Elite is Solar and can not be plugged directly into electricity.

Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one.

The mosquito lamp + booster purchased did not work for us and when initiating the return process, I was asked several times to try different ways of using the trap. My continued request for a refund was never acknowledged.

In the end, a phone call was what it took to get customer service to say they would send a return form to me. However this did not happen in the stated time frame and more emails were sent before I finally received what I had been seeking from the very beginning.

It has been almost a month since I returned the lamp and no contact has been made, let alone a refund. $119.80 down the drain.

Very disappointing.

Update: this has now been sorted, money has been refunded.

I ORDERED SOME BIRD NETTING FOR MY FISH POND, I FOUND IT WAS OF GOOD QUALITY AND STRONG, WHEN I RECEIVED MY ORDER IS WAS EXACTLY THE SAME ON THEIR WEBSITE. I WOULD HONESTLY BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. THANK YOU

When it comes to gardening/pest products I find it's better to buy good quality and I was very happy to find exactly what I needed at Pestrol and at a reasonable price. I bought quite a bit of wildlife friendly bird netting and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived quickly even when there's so much disruption during lockdowns. Now that I'm aware of the amazing range of products at Pestrol I will make sure I check here first when I need something else.

I got a lot off mice at my unit hopefully it will work bought two off them.

Pestrol Rodent Free performed exactly as advertised. I have tried other similar products but they were useless.i would recommend Pestrol to anyone looking to remove rodents from your dwelling.

Great Australian product. Easy to navigate website and purchase process. Item arrived quickly and packaged well. Unsure if product truly efficent as only used for a month at this stage but have noticed a reduction in rodents.

5 Star Review might be FAKE

Contacting them to look for indoor mozzie products. The website was under maintenance so I couldn't remember the product names. The caller was so so rude and not helpful at all when she told me the website is back online. She raised her voice tone everytime I asked a questions.

Found the names of 2 products, wanted to ask how effectively each of them are, the warranty and maintenance, but all I received was: "They are not tje same. What you asked to compare is like apple and orange".
You can't call yourself customer service when you aren't helpful and be able to explain your products to customers who have no knowledge about pest issues.

What is the point to call on Saturday morning if you are in such a bad mood and grumpy all the time?
We call to learn about the products and make our decision, not to be criticised if we don't know something.

If we knew, we wouldn't look for you!

Read more reviews on their mozzie products, I found out that they don't work well and not only I experienced the poor, unprofessional service but others people shared the same thing.
They deleted my comment on their Facebook page so most of the 5 Star reviews might be FAKE!

Be aware before you go with them!

Best decision of my life. I’ve had this recurring problem with termites and I tried handling it on my own. To make a long story short, it didn’t work so I decided to look for a company that could help. Pestrol was quick to action. No non-sense, value for money, and most importantly, effective. Don’t hesitate to try. 10 stars for me.

I gave this a go as when I used rat bait in past I had to put up with 8 weeks of smell of decomposing rats. I purchased and plugged it in5 weeks ago for rats in our roof and to my very pleasant surprise I have not heard any rats since and am pretty sure they have gone! I wasn’t sure it would work but seems to have and would recommend to others.
