Taylor was amazing, he got straight to it. Found where they were coming in from set traps and caught one straight away. He even disposed of it. He showed my son how to reset them if we caught anymore. Highly recommend taylor and the company. Taylor was even kind to me as i screamed and jumped onto the table!

Brian is an absolute legend. He is an expert in what he does, he’s extremely meticulous in his inspections and has a great success rate. He also takes the time to reassure you with regard to the psychological impact of having an infestation. Also full of many great tales. I would highly recommend his services.

At our property, Pest2Kill have done thorough termite inspections, installed a termite monitoring system (which I've gladly renewed for a second year) and general pest spray. Very responsive in terms of addressing quotes from HiPages. This was important as my issue came to light on Saturday evening, but by Monday midday, my pest issue was resolved. Other businesses weren't as responsive, so that would have meant that my issue would have needed to be *booked* Monday; not *resolved* Monday. So a big THANK YOU!

I got serviced by Alix, who was super professional and friendly to point I was genuinely impressed. He read me well, understood my anxiety, and delivered his service above and beyond what was required of him. This was the third time I had my apartment sprayed, but it was the most thorough.and thoughtful.

Overall, quite impressed with business, communication and responsive and overall value for money. I have a loyalty and respect for businesses that get customer service.

This is the second time I have used this company and both times I found them very friendly and helpful and their treatment for German cockroaches was very effective and surprisingly non invasive. Will be recommending to others! Reasonable price, on time and lovely staff.

So unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such poor service. Phil came to my house to do a service which took 30 mins (I was told it would take 1.2 hours). After 2.5 months we started seeing cockroaches and silverfish. I called up and they told me it takes about 6-8 weeks to completely kill everything so don’t worry. I then called up 6 months later telling them I had seen no change in pest control since they came. Phil told me I would have to pay again for a full service (it was only then I found out through the website that under warranty I could have had it done again for free. After multiple messages he then said he would come and spray the house again free of charge, he cancelled on me twice and I then never heard from him. I sent 3 text messages and called once and he has continued to ignore me. I also asked him about the poison levels of spray due to having a newborn and he told me to
Look on the website as it had the answers on there… So utterly disappointed in this especially considering I told him I had a newborn and wanted my house sprayed for any bugs. I’ve given up on calling or texting him

Sanjeev was very polite and efficient. He removed wasp nest and sprayed the whole house. Have used them a couple times and will use again. Recommend.
