I have used Mark for my annual pest control for cockroaches, spiders etc for the last couple of years. I did my researh on pest control as I know there is a lot of players in the market. Mark is so incredibly reliable, professional and offers a service and product that works. His latest job at home was an unexpected ant problem! A new issue that arose at home and Mark came out promptly and found a solution immediately. Prompt, professional, great value and a pleasure to have in your home as he is a genuine and lovely guy. I used pest control maintenance in January and I found mark really professional and knowledgeable. I have been using many other pest control guys until I utilised Pest control Maintainance which came reccomended from another friend. This company not only turns up on time every time but there service is very thorough. They identified a number of pest issues that no other pest controller had identified. The technician advised me that they will need to do a follow up visit in a couple of weeks time which we approved. We have not seen a single rodent or pest in months. We have recommended this company to a number of friends and family and everybody is very happy. 10/10

Marks an absolute gentleman and committed genocide against the pests in my house. We had a cockroach infestation in the kitchen and 2 wasps nest and none of this fazed him.

This guy is an absolute G. Came in and was like the Sherlock Holmes of pest control. Knew what we had by looking at the cocoons and eggs of the bugs that were in our home.

Reasonable price and took care of our wasps nest as well and was absolutely mindful of our possessions. We'll be asking him for a follow up and I would absolutely recommend this guy for any pest control.

He answered all my questions and explained the process, the time it will take and the material to be used.he showed up on time, took about 90 minutes to do my house in and out. LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER: I was most disappointed by the service of Mark Estrada recently at my place in Belmore. He was not thorough in his work, there are still cockroaches and flies at my place. His work WAS NOT guaranteed and this wasn't brought up in the first discussion. He was very defensive and argumentative the whole time he was carrying out the work and not really listening to what I asked him to do. He was lazy and unmotivated in doing the job. Definitely not something I was looking for. I wouldn't recommend his service. This is a 100% honest and truthful review. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
