I can honestly say Jordan and his team are the best trainers in the Hills, they make you feel like you are being welcomed into a family. This gym is not only about creating great results, it is about being around people who will encourage you all the way. If you are in search of an incredible gym in the Hills, this is the best place to be.

A great welcoming environment with very knowledgeable trainers. I appreciate their focus on proper form and doing movements correctly. Keeping routines fresh and trying new things is a big plus.

Solid facilities and a convenient location with group classes available. Great!

What a wonderful gym. Great team of trainers with so much experience behind them and they are able to help you with your weaknesses ie knees, shoulders, hips and back problems
Over the past 3 years I have been training with them. I have gained fitness, strength and flexibility that I didn’t have before I started this program.
I am over sixty and fitter than when I was In my forties.
Thank you PF for your support and encouragement to push myself.

Fanbloodytastic. My wife had been training with Jordan since 2015. Following an accident in which I broke my neck, I had neck surgery (ACDF) and extensive rehab. I had been hospitalized for 6 weeks and needed a specific variable program to restore muscle without injury.
I have often left a session quite tired but have NEVER been sore or injured. If I mention that an exercise is causing a potential issue he immediately changes it.
I am delighted with my improvement. He is an outstanding trainer.

What a great community! I have always been hesitant about gyms and never stuck to a program. But Jordan and Sean + the team at personalised fitness have been so supportive and helpful in ensuring I created new sustainable goals and habits. Focusing on form and consistency I am lifting weights I never thought possible and running more than I ever could have thought. The gym no longer seems like a chore but somewhere I’m excited to go each day! Can’t recommend them enough!

Been going to the gym a lot lately but started to notice some massive stiffness in my shoulders. My mobility with them were so bad I couldn’t do squats as I couldn’t hold the bar properly on my shoulders. Jordan found out about and offered to help. He worked his magic and did some pressure point stuff and gave me some advice and some stretches to do and I’ve notice a lot of improvement in my mobility in my shoulders. Honestly feel so much better now. Never knew my arms could move like that.

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. They are the best in the business from my experience, they are genuinely committed to helping you.

I started at Personalised Fitness training on their 2 week trial shortly after I turned 40. After 2 years of Covid lockdowns I was not in the best shape, I had lost a lot of confidence. I was at an age where my previous thinking that I was invincible had been challenged by a few injuries and some health scares. As a result, I was avoiding sports or anything too intense, and I developed an anxiety about my health. I have 3 sons and the last thing I wanted them to see was their dad being anxious or being unable to do things with them like I always have done, or even worse not being around at all.

When I first saw Jordan he sat me down and listened to where I was at. I was embarrassed, but he was reassuring and made it easy. I told him I wanted to improve my overall health but take it slow so I can build my confidence back up. I have always enjoyed playing sports but I am not good at gyms or working out so I relied on his experience to help put a plan together. I decided to do 2 private sessions a week which although felt like a bigger financial commitment than I was hoping for at the time, I later learned it was small in terms of what I would get out of it.

Turning up to my first session I immediately had some anxiety and thought I would not last. But the way Jordan had setup our session I managed to get through it easily and came out feeling great. The second session was even easier. The thing I noticed straight away was that during each session Jordan was identifying issues that I had with previous injuries and my body in general and was changing the way we trained to improve them. It wasn’t something I was expecting but it really helped me understand my body more.

Fast forward around 4-5 months on and despite missing some sessions due to sickness and covid I feel so much more confident and have zero regrets in starting with these guys. I have no more anxiety when working out now which is huge. On top of that I feel a lot more mobile and fitter. My boys keep telling me I look great and I keep noticing muscles in places I never had them before. I am no body builder, but I feel great, I feel agile, I feel like I am 30 again.

One important change for me has been the focus and value I put on my health. I’ve always taken my health for granted but I’ve now learnt how important it is. We only have one body, it’s the one thing that enables us to do everything in life from playing with our kids and spending time with family, to working and earning an income, or going on life adventures. I will admit I have not perfected my focus yet, but I am in a far better position than I was before I started. I'm also trying to teach my kids the same lessons I have learnt too.

What I get from seeing these guys a few times each week has been so valuable; it has impacted my entire life in a positive way, both physically and mentally. They don’t bust my balls or follow a script; they tailor everything to my ability and my goals and have helped me understand the benefits of what we are doing as we do it.

Again I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you are looking for best then you have found them, give them a go, you won’t regret it.

The one thing I like about the Personalised Fitness team is they develop a relationship with you and care about you and outcomes. The real reason I keep returning is they're the least gym-like gym I've ever been to with no pretentious members just a friendly social environment you enjoy going to.

The team at Personalised Fitness provide a great community feel as soon as you enter, providing you with personalised programs and offer you a variety of group classes to attend. They focus on technique above all, and will do everything they can to help you achieve your health goals. Cannot recommend them enough and so glad I joined this community!

Jordan, Sean and the Team at Personalised Fitness have done a fantastic job of creating a supportive, friendly and inclusive community making it a welcoming place to train and kick fitness goals.

5 weeks in, Jordan has gone above and beyond using his wealth of knowledge to educate and train myself in proper form and technique. He has also been a massive help in changing and developing lifestyle habits.

With a focus on health, wellness and community the personal trainers have a focus on technique and form over weights and reps. After injury and knee surgery they have adapted a training program to suit my recovery. A fantastic place to train and a fun and inclusive community to help achieve your goals.
