Excellent customer service - highly recommend, quality of products and very fast shipping, we have made 3 orders over the last month one being a number of place cards for our event we realized later that we needed to add, they were more than happy to accommodate. I ordered Christmas ornaments from Personalised Favours during the Black Friday weekend. The products that were initially sent were not of the standard that I expected. However, when I made this clear to the company, they made every possible effort to right the situation - not only did they send replacement products (which were of a much better quality), they also offered a refund (which I declined). They contacted me by phone and email to discuss my initial dissatisfaction and to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement products. This company sure takes its reputation and customer satisfaction seriously. I am incredibly impressed with their efforts and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommend.

I had a death very close to me and was unable to put my order in on time (I completely forgot to be honest). Devastated when the day came that I needed my personalised glasses, the lady on the front desk (I didn't catch her name, but said she had only been there a short time) was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed. The other girl (Zarah, I think?) who works next to her was equally as lovely and did some on the spot design work to assist me. The glasses were so beautiful and I am so grateful for their care, compassion and professionalism. Also a big shout out to Michael out the back for squeezing my order in! Love this place and will definitely be back!

Wedding invites were great quality and customer service was really friendly, but we did have to chase up on postage at which point we found the item was just sitting in the dispatch area ready to be sent and if it wasn't for our prompting, it probably would have sat there longer. Overall would 100% recommend this company, but if your item takes longer than the anticipated time to arrive, don't hesitate to contact them.
