Perouse Randwick by Sydney Lodges

Staff are amazing, location is great with bus service going everywhere and tram too, bed a little hard, but experience was good thanks

We booked here as our daugher was having an operating at Prince of Wales Private. Very convenient location, close to the hospital and restaurants. However we were not impressed with the service and the room. I stayed here with our 4 months old daughter, we got woken up by loud talking noise in the corridor followed by slamming door sound at 12am. Rooms were obviously not sound proof, cleaningness of room were average. “Do not disturb sign” was not available in the room. What really annoyed us was the next morning, 7: 48am I was about to take my baby to visit her sister at the hospital. Just before we walked out the front concierge lady asked if we were checking out, I said to her not yet as I wanted to check with my husband who is staying at the hospital overnight to come back to freshen up. Instead of trying to make any type of conversation she rudely replied “we are fully occupied we need the rooms by 10am”. After spending so much time at the hospital I didn’t not have the patience to deal with the rude staff. So I quickly called my husband and confirmed that he would like to come back for a quick shower. So I proceeded to the exit, however the lift to the ground had a chain on it, so I had to carry the pram down the stairs by myself. The lady staff did not offer to help or took the chain off the lift for us but instead talking to her colleague.

Quick visit to theatre at university, well located accommodation, that is value clean and comfortable

Nice location to move around. The room is good for couple but I found the air-conditioning is little bit low during hot weather even setup low temperature. The stuff was nice and well behaved.

Such friendly staff, convenient to the hospital, cozy, quiet and comfortable room with great amenities. I would recommend Perouse Lodge for your stay in Sydney.

So relieved to find last minute accomodation when the friend I was meant to stay with messaged to say they had covid! Perouse were so welcoming, perfectly located and affordably priced.

Overpriced. Hostel vibes. Can hear the people upstairs above and the constant noise in the hallway feels like people are in your room with you. If you are hoping to get actual sleep, avoid.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff, Rooms are very clean and tidy. Access 24 hours to your room. Close to Randwick shopping center and the light rail.

Very nice place to stay rooms were very nice and clean. Lady on the front desk was very nice to talk to welcomed with a smile.close to the shops and great pub next door would recomend to anly one going to Ranwick.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Close to hospitals, tram, restaurants and take-aways. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Not enough parking.

This place was disgusting. There was mould through the shower and toilet.

It's had wee stains on the bloody roof.

Front reception was rude and no help when I asked him as I can't walk properly.

I’m a student at unsw, very convenient and close to the university, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, good kitchen and facilities, really these stars aren’t enough but totally worth it

I very much enjoyed staying at the Perouse Sydney Lodge. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed for a quick overnight business stay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the lodge itself was in a very convenient location. It was also very handy to be so close to some terrific food options that made my stay in Sydney much more enjoyable. I will definitely be using the Perouse Sydney Lodge for my future stays in Sydney.

Reception very helpful, in room on lower ground. Very quiet except some environmental noise like running water and footsteps from floor above. Happily stay again

Perouse lodge was very accomodating with our check-in experience. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. A 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone.

I was going to a film festival. And this was in a perfect location. Just a minutes walk to the cinema.

3 of us booked into 2 rooms at Perouse and were delighted with the quality of the Hotel as well as its location. It's in the hub of great restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you.

I had a great stay at Sydney Lodges. It was the perfect location for me. Easy access to the city on the light rail to connect to the train to get me easily to my concert. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The location with the options available at the Spot was incredible too. The price was perfect and I guarantee I will be back again. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was nice a quiet which was a surprise consider where it is located. Can only say good things about your service and accommodation

Our first stay. Cant recommend it enough. Staff were nice, check in was easy and the room was very modern, well equipped and spotless. The TV had netflix etc which is just what we needed after our night out. More than I expected for the price. Even has a cafe downstairs. Two min walk to everything from the cinema, great cafes and restaurants. Close to the beach and hospital and transport. Thank You we will be back
