Got my vehicle towed in to Perfection after taking it from another shop as they could not work out the issue after 1 month. Alex spent a few days checking over the vehicle he told me it was the timing chain, he assured me not to worry as many people mis-diagnose this issue he replaced the timing chain and water pump and the cars been running great.i will definitely be referring my friends and family here.honest and friendly service

A friend recommended this garage to me when my car broke down as he trusted them. A different friend who is a mechanic had told me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix before I went into the garage. I did not tell the garage that I knew what was wrong and how much it should cost, I wanted to see what they would quote a female who knows nothing about cars. The garages assessment of what needed doing and how much it would cost was perfectly aligned with what my mechanic friend had said. I’ve been back twice for minor things since then and I have always felt they have quoted fairly and even shown me the car and explained what needed doing. I really recommend them to anyone who doesn’t know anything about cars and doesn’t want to be taken advantage of, they are very honest and the customer service is great too.

Amazing and friendly help off the staff member, helped me loosen the sump bolt so I can do my oil change! As mine was ridiculously tight on! Thanks again! 10/10

Found Alex and the team on the net as local mechanic and booked car in. A1 customer service from booking the car in with Carol to the diagnostic check, service call and actual repair. Genuine good vibe from Alex and the team and very professional. Diagnosed and repaired problem within the day as they isolated it to an O2 sensor. Issue was plaguing the car for a while and no one was able to find the fault. Great honest repair and price. Will definitely bring my cars back here for all mechanical needs. Thank you.
