These guys know what's up. I am state-side (US) and ordered a Works Bell Rapfix II from them. Ritsuko and Sales were prompt in email corespondence. They had my order finalized in 5 days (including the weekend), and I had my item at my door 2 days later. Unbelievable service, quality of product, and shipping. 5 business days later and I had my genuine (from Japan) product in hand. The price was unbeatable, even after shipping. A business like this is hard to come by, highly recommend 'em!
