Highly recommend Siobhan's services through Perfect Plan! This was our first (and likely only) renovation and it was a steep learning curve. Siobhan played a critical assurance role, keeping track of all the moving pieces and shifting priorities; coordinating between the builder, trades, architects and ourselves; translating information for us; providing helpful guidance; anticipating and addressing problems; and monitoring quality of delivery. We had to move out and were working full time while our house was being renovated and Siobhan visited the site regularly and gave us good advice on the many (many) decisions that needed to be made. It was a challenging project because a number of years had elapsed between finalising the plans and executing them; the months of rain and COVID in 2021-22; inflation and cost increases for builds across Sydney; and particular logistics of the site. Siobhan was a strong advocate, guide and support for us throughout and, as rookies to renovating, having an independent Project Manager working for us and not for the builder is something I would recommend to others in the same situation.

From day 1, Siobhan and the Perfect Plan crew were amazing to work with. I was a nervous first-time renovator and had been putting off renos to my apartment for many years due to lack of time and knowledge on how to approach such an overwhelming task. Perfect Plan took all that worry away from our first meeting. Siobhan came up with a detailed plan and budget with different options based on our discussions, organised all the quotes, planned the works and even helped me with the strata approvals. She also came up with some great ideas to really modernise my place and make it more functional. The lockdown unfortunately delayed our start but Siobhan and her team were so flexible and understanding. Once the work started, Siobhan kept me fully updated and made suggestions throughout the process to help move things along. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My tired old apartment now feels so modern, beautiful and spacious. I have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Plan to all my friends and family looking to renovate.

I was lucky to find Siobhan from Perfect Plan when limited by time, for the renovation of my house in Ashfield. We had to decide if we could complete it in time for an upcoming marketing campaign and sale. She assured me it would be done. Working with Siobhan was brilliant. I needed support to make the renovation happen and Siobhan was perfect. I moved out when the job started and could only visit once during the work and I love everything that has been done. My house is transformed from a cramped old semi to a modern open plan masterpiece. Communication was constant and easy. I was kept informed and included in all decisions via text, email and video calls. Siobhan was strongly recommended by a friend for our conversion of dining room (which was too small for dining) into a family office. When she first came over we spent most of the time talking about the house vision, and came up with some absolutely awesome ideas. She had to come back as we ran out of time, but we then devised a great outline of what the conversion could be. Siobhan and Perfect Plan developed and saw through structural changes to our home which were both insightful and changed the entire dynamic of our three bedroom townhouse. They managed a complex and multifaceted renovation, making each step easy for us to understand and envisage without any surprises.
Our living area has been transformed to allow for three eating areas as opposed to the original one small dining area. Siobhan and her team stuck to the budget and produced incredible results. I cannot speak more highly of Siobhan Tagell as a project manager. Not only did she organise all the tradespeople but she made sure that they were all on time, and that the equipment was there when needed. In addition she was very happy to take me to various warehouses and shops order to choose tiles etc. Fantastic!
