I felt like I was being ripped off! No price list, made up inflated prices that kept changing, rude staff, I questioned the price and she wished me good luck and walked off! I’m sure they do a good job, but there is more humble, trustworthy businesses with nice staff I’d rather give my money too.

Fantastic service. They cut and hemmed my daughters four layered glittered formal dress, which would have been very difficult. Delivered great results on time- Was absolutely perfect! Will go back again.

Worst work ever seen. They don't have common sense of working on jeans. Never ever visit there. No recommend.

Very quick service and great quality. Dropped off some work pants to be taken up and it was ready for pick up two days later.

Asked for alteration and suggested something I had seen and the woman burst out laughing in my face. The man from the back came around to see what was happening and they both start laughing at me? I was not laughing. Then they proceeded to tell me it would cost $50 for my alteration which was just a take in at the waist. I could buy another skirt for $50. Proceeded to laugh at me when I said I would take it somewhere else. Extremely poor customer service, will never return.

Excellent service! Tailors work really well with you to understand what you want and they definitely deliver. I had a satin dress and my boyfriend's shirt and blazer brought in at the seams, and they've done an incredible job! So happy with my experience and would recommend to everyone! A little pricey, but so worth the care they take. Don't hesitate to come here for alterations!

Easy to get to business, reasonable quick, on time as suggested, smf the workmanship seems to be quite good.

Cost wise, overly expensive if you consider $25.00 to take a hem up on a school uniform.

I had a zip replacement done - and the the sewing around the zip (although not visible) is shoddy. The zip also gets stuck about 3 quarters of the way up - and not because I am large - I'm a size 8! In my opinion, the work was overpriced for a very average job. I won't be going there again.

Very professional service and results. Had alterations done to my son's school pants and results were perfect and price was reasonable.

when I got my wedding dress was literally 2 days before my wedding. When I tried my wedding dress on it didn't Fit me at all. I couldn't find anyone to help me but this boss stepped up and help me out. I couldn't ask anything more from him. I thank you so much for your help

Left my suit jacket for sleeves to be taken up, two days later I come to pick up my jacket when I was told to by the tailor and they looked around to find the jacket and had not even started. They tell me to come back in 30 minutes in which it would be finished and I get back to pick up a overall rushed job with two different lengths on the sleeves. No compensation or even a simple apology received. Do not recommend this service at all.

I had recently bought online a Soul Revolver leather jacket for winter and unfortunately, the size was big and long. So I looked for a local service that I could trust and Perfect Fit has always delivered and has never disappointed me.

The jacket sleeves needed to be shortened by a few inches, shoulder and body dimensions altered and they promised that they would be able to add back on the original leather finishing. Turnaround was extremely quick (less than 2 weeks) and they have an extremely efficient process and notified me immediately when the jacket was ready via mobile phone.

End product was precisely what I was hoping for. I wouldn't hesitate to take more items back to Perfect Fit in the future.

Very quick service.you can collect your altered clothe at the same day and within given timeframe just need to pay 3 bucks extra for that.they have alteration room so you can show them how do you want your clothe to be altered.
