Delivery driver parks in disabled spot at another business and gets abusive when asked to repark. I go to store to speak to boss and she enters abusive again. Manager does nothing about it. Storeman comes out abusive as well, even allowing a customer to get involved to be the hero. All I can say to you is SHAME ON YOU. Next time I will take photos and report the violation to the police

This auto supplier brings back old fashioned customer service. I recently visited the Hoxton Park shop. Their staff is friendly yet professional. They even step out to inspect your vehicle before selling you the parts if unsure. Their price is better than super cheap auto. I will be visiting them for my automotive parts. Thank you Peps Auto! I always buy from them but struggle when refund faulty or does fit.
There is one staff who really shouldn't work there.

Shopping at Peps is the same as going to an auto parts shop 30 or 40 years ago. Staff serve you and know what they are talking about. A specialised auto shop where you leave with what you need knowing the parts are correct.

I have been going to peps for over 10yrs and it's Still the best place to buy your car related stuff. Never have I been to this store with a need to buy a car part or get something in particular and left empty handed. They always have stock and if by chance they don't thrill have it for you asap. Knowledgeable staff nothing is ever an issue.

The service you get from there staff is second to none. You will not find service anywhere in Sydney like these guys give you. There knowledge of spare parts is great and there happy to help. On top of all that they are very cheap in price compared to other Spare parts stores and they serve you pretty quick which is a bonus.

Smells like a mechanics workshop - you can tell to these guys know what they are talking about. Was after a battery, had it in stock, well priced and gave advice on installing. Good service.
