2The System basically sucks. As a university graduate with Bach degree, as well as Masters, they don't know how to find the right job for you in your studied area. You're seen as a bludger, and advised to take any job (retail or receptionist). How about assistance in finding working in what we studied. Instead I'm also being told to do one of their courses and to let my degree go. The system is terrible, and I feel for the workers there that prob have to cop the flack.
The experience is one of a relative with whom I live. At best I would use the term incompetent, at worst I suspect dishonesty. They belittle an already marginalised group of people with their attitude and behaviour. If they didn't change the story to cover their own backs when they stuff up it would be preferable.
