Job Service Providers only care about squeezing money from the government and the government allows it. They are a waste of taxpayers money. The people dealing with you are called "coaches", which is hilarious since they are ill trained, if trained at all, and focused only on meeting their kpis. I would feel sorry for them if they didn't hold such power over us.

That one star sums everything up. Mariam just down right unprofessional and a bully. I wonder how she could get a job as a job coach.

Mediocre service here. We are just a number to them. They just tick the boxes & do enough to satisfy their Centrelink requirements and that's it.
Cara forgot to email my appointment. I called Asuria number and didnt get through to them so left a message. She calls me back. I told her she forgot and then she had attitude and hung up the phone.

I have waited an entire year with them and they have never offered me a job in my industry and i have had 3 of them they should honestly be closed down or forced to do there jobs correctly and I was also forced into an ICT course to where I never wanted to do and I hate the course and all its content and not to mention the only way to get out of this course is either to finish it or get a job oh and my job provider never really answers the phone so I turned up at the office and to my surprise they are no there only 2=3 people in the office sitting down doing nothing or just talking to there co-workers they seriously need to stop getting paid and to do there job right

I wanted to call People Plus and ask them about an available position. An extremely rude staff member answered my call. The lady didn't care to listen to what I was saying, and kept interrupting me mid sentence with a raised voice asking me why I'm calling, when I was just explaining why and trying to get to my question. She then directed me to someone else and quickly hung up. It was very belittling.

Terrible place. They really did nothing in 6 months. They couldn't find just 1 related job for me. Just waste time and told me (after 6 months) you must go to work for a restaurant.so, Its not important for them your profession and education.means a Graphist works as construction labor or a restaurant worker works as a doctor.why government pay to them? That's funny.no observation on them!

This is an overseas owned company which does very little, if anything, to assist the unemployed who are genuinely seeking work. They are paid by the Federal Government for each "participant" they see that reports to them, so it is in their best interest to get you in & out as quickly as possible and "process" as many appointments as possible in the shortest possible time to earn more money from the Government.
The shortest time for an appointment I have been to is 3 minutes with a queue of about 12 people waiting, all finalised in the space of about 25 minutes.
PeoplePlus does not provide any assistance for training for older unemployed or the disabled, nor does it assist its participants to find any training at all. There are no pamphlets, brochures, or verbal advice provided as to any training options, and when asked, I was told to, "look on the internet". Obviously too much effort for this multi-million dollar Asian owned organisation to provide the basics, let alone assist in finding jobs.

When you do find a job do not provide them with any information as they use this to claim even more money from the Government and falsely assert that PeoplePlus found the job for you. This organisation is a waste of taxpayers money but people on New Start Allowance are continually labelled "dole bludgers". I know who the bludgers are!

Like many government-registered job agencies, they are unprofessional and hopeless but worse than that, they are ignorant and bully jobseekers.
