I have been working with Peoplebank for almost 5 years. They have been clear in their process and and they work with the employer to get the best deal for me. They almost take care in making sure i know the status of my contract well in advance before each renewal and finally throw in a great Christmas party at the end of the year in order to stay connected.

This is shocking recruitment agency

I applied the job that they posted one on 19th Dec and i got out of reply from the recruiters who handled for the job he would be away until 10th Jan 2022?
Why did you post the ads on Seek if you want to have holiday? If this is real job, why don't you delegate to your colleague so they can handle it and put their names while you are away.

I believe the job they put is fake and they just to want to collect the resume.
Be ware of this recruitment agency and do not deal with it.

Whatever Jobs I have applied with this recruitment company, till today neither I received an acknowledgement or an rejection or have been contacted to follow up on my job application. I feel these people just don't check ur profiles and simply wasting time, they keep updating 100's of Jobs but not one they will contact you for. Even if your resume match the exact requirement. Only company I am disappointed in Sydney. Rest all have been kind enough to update or revert back.

Plus they don't even accept your requests in LinkedIn, neither they respond to any of you message.are you actually a recruitment company or a secret service company.i just don't understand.

Unfortunately the worst experience with any recruitment agency to date. I forgot the account managers name but he definitely needs to learn how to speak to people properly - you are representing a company, do it properly or don't do it at all.

Great company. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and kind - a lot of the staff seem passionate and happy to be working at Peoplebank.

After multiple job searches and applications, with various agencies, I was pleased by the process and service with Peoplebank.

Manjita, was rude over the phone! She tried to bring me down by saying things like "This information should come from you, being a so and so specialist", "Ok so you are looking for jobs, but do not want your resume in the market" etc. She did not try to understand what I am looking for or what my views are pertinent to the role, we were discussing on. She could have framed her feedback in a much professional and constructive way! I would never apply for a job through PeopleBank! Most awful experience by far, with a consultancy!
