I normally don't leave reviews, but after such a brilliant experiance I had troubleshooting / fixing my secondhand mercury engine with the team at Penrith marine, I feel its the least I could do.

Turnded out the issue with the boat was small, but the lady I delt with (I think her name was Gaye) was unreal to deal with. Not only did she Manage to Book me in the next day, Gaye went above and beyond chasing up info on my boat and answering all my questions. All this a week out of Christmas. Couldn't be happier with there service.

What can I say Stuart thank you for all you're help with today boats licence test on the 22/10/2023 learn how to do stuff hands on with the boat on the water then listen to all the rules instructions and how to do things and not to do thing even though I can't read all right good I ask him a question and he help you to the best on his knowledge and passed first go on my boat licence test thabk you again definitely recommend you to all my friends and family members

A huge shout to Gaye and the team. From the initial cry for help over the phone to the attention to detail, patience and communication. And, they had everything I needed to repair the boat. They could not have done more. The service was outstanding. Well done!

Had some major work both organised and carried out by Penrith marine. Had issues with certain parts of the work they carried out, approached Gaye only to be meet with excuse after excuse on every issue. Had another authorised dealer recommend by mercury to look over work and repair all issues at my own expense.
Wouldn’t recommend Penrith marine and at the very least get a second opinion on anything that they advise.

Used them for the first time wrote a report on the repairs gave my used parts back and only done what was necessary. Friendly helpful staff.

Avoid this place at all cost.
I paid to have the bearings replaced on my dual axle trailer and a light replaced on the mud guard. They put the light on backwards but that was nothing compared to the disaster with the bearings. After taking the boat out half a dozen times in a six month period one of the wheels was so badly damaged it nearly flew off the trailer and was discovered by a licensed mechanic after having to have the boat towed from the side of the highway that Penrith marine forgot to put seals on the hubs and of course all bearings got contaminated and siezed. I contacted penrith marine and told them what happened and they did not care. This could have been catastrophic if that wheel had of come off. Please don’t make the mistake I made in trusting these people with your boat.

Spoke to someone about looking for a second hand motor. They were very helpful and gave me details for where I need to look.
The lady on the phone was very polite unlike other marine shops where it seemed I was being a nuisance.

I rang these guys to discuss an issue I had with my boat. Whilst they couldn't help me because of the specific nature of the issue I had, they still took the time to make helpful recommendations and even suggested an alternative business that might be able to help me with the problem. I am a big fan of any business that gives you assistance when it doesn't necessarily generate a sale for them. Very helpful people.

Tried ringing and left messages on their voicemail to no avail. Hard to use a business when they don't return calls. ***Updated rang me back after this review. Didn't answer as I had organised something out of area.

Called in for an anchor well on a brooker boat spoke to a pleasant lady who said she would get back to me left business card but am still waiting

The Team at Penrith Marine were outstanding to deal with and could not do enough for me. From the moment I rang them with a failed jockey wheel, which an equivalent could not be sourced, to attending the shop to work through what they could source for me to assist in getting me out of trouble and the boat off the back of my ute, their friendly and nothing is too much trouble attitude was fantastic to deal with. Other dealers in the Hawksbury region (where I am from) need to take a few pages out of Penrith Marines customer service manual. Moving forward penrith marine will get all my business and I have just reached out to book in my Bayliner for its annual service

I brought my stessco 440 renegade from them brand new the service was exceptional professional friendly service presented me with a beautiful boat would recommend the stessco range with the mercury motor from PENRITH MARINE thanks to everyone there for our boat love it?

First time visited this workshop, Great bunch of honest guys. The difference is the owner of the business is always nearby who provides great customer service. The mechanic went straight to work finding the fault without any buggerising around. Very efficient workshop, would recommend to all. AAAA+ Thanks Guys for your service.
