Penrith Floor Centre

We’ve gone to Penrith Floor Centre twice now and Julie and the team have always been amazing. Prompt communication, great prices and amazing quality. The turnaround time to lay the carpet was also fast and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We had a wonderful experience using Penrith Floor Centre. Julie gave great advice on mixing planks and we were so glad we listened to her and love the result it gave our little home. We were so happy with the floors for our first home that we used them again for our second home. Julie is hardworking and her prices were unbeatable! We have definitely recommended Penrith Floor Centre to our family and friends. Both of my parents have used Penrith Floor Centre and have been very happy with the results in their homes. Great work guys!

When they came to measure they did it incorrect and we ended up with 11 to many boxes of flooring left over. Didn't bother going back as they also advised our floor was fine for installation the lied saying they never said it to the installer I had 5 witnesses to her saying it was. I wanted to support a small business but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMANY

I called for a quote, and they came up to the top of the Blue Mts. They knew their stuff. Recommended a hybrid floor which I didn't consider. It looks great and the job was completed on time.

Extremely happy with them from the beginning to the end (there was a long time from quoting to starting the job and that had nothing to do with Penrith Floor Centre but me being caught up in storm damage and waiting on Insurance to decide on my claim) Julie was so understanding and after over 12 months delay in starting my job they honoured the original quote. Highly recommend them and the team they use in laying my hybrid flooring

Julie and the team at Penrith Floor Centre are very professional and helpful. We had a large meeting room to carpet and Julie’s advice was spot on for our needs and budget. Brad and Michael the carpet layers went above and beyond when our job turned into the nightmare job from hell with carpet stuck down like super glue! They stuck to it (sorry about the pun) and got the new carpet laid in time for a wedding that was booked in! Could not recommend these guys enough!

Late late late review, I actually did this when the job on my place was completed. It's been sitting in draft since then!
Just noticed as I was going to amend review to say how the team helped me out with a much needed box for a small bit of flooring elsewhere.
So original review follows:
Engaged with the team after moving into the area, nothing but professionalism and experience very friendly as well, extremely happy with the quality and service, got a quick quote and the team that showed up removed the old carpet. Did some repairs on the actual floor and done in three days - townhouse.

Super job! Very with happy with our new flooring. Such a great company to deal with from start to end. Good and helpful advice without being pushy. Installer was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had our carpet installed by this company and happy to pay the full amount, the balance was due on installation day. However, poor workmanship (very visible join lines in low pile carpet) held me back from paying the balance. We rang Penrith Floor centre and they said to call the installer. We rang the installer he said there is nothing he could do. We waited for a better after service call to see if they could rectify the problem in some way, no one called. We still weren't happy. A few weeks went by and all we received was an abusive phone call from Julie to pay the balance. WE WERE OFFENDED BY THE KIND OF THREAT she made to retrieve the balance from us, without even an offer to come & see the poor workmanship. She attempted to come to our property but came up with an excuse to cancel. We ended up paying the full amount even though the carpet is very unsatisfactory. Will not recommend this business to anyone.

Thanks to Penrith Floor Centre - I loved the range of products and finally picked what I wanted, and I must say, very competitively priced. The laying of the vinyl planks was done meticulously, which is just what I needed to be done. Great job guys, I don't have any problem in recommending you to anyone.

What an outstanding company, why would you go elsewhere for floor coverings. We had our medical centre (4 rooms) updated with new floor coverings and found all the team professional, polite, punctual and friendly. They explained the process, assisted with the correct type of floor covering and took the time to finish the job floorlessly. The two layers (Luke and Graham) were so professional and a pleasure to deal with them. I would highly recommend this company and how good is it to have a local, family owned business deliver everything that you expect. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Exceptionally good customer service and fantastic, competitive pricing. Very quick turn-around as well. Upon moving into a new home, we found the carpet in one of the bedrooms to be un-inhabitable. Within 1 hour, Penrith Floor Centre had supplied us with new carpet for the room, including underlay at wholesale price. Very appreciative of the assistance provided on this occasion.
