Went here on the weekend with my mother and we were blatantly trying to rip us off. Was approached by someone who definitely had poor training or experience and asked a few questions and we provided a budget. He pointed out a base model Mitsubishi Asx and said it was for sale for $30,000. Car was from 2019, already had dings in it and had 30,000 kms on it already. We knew we were getting ripped off and actually went to mitsibishi next door.

The Team were awesome and bought a car brand new mid-spec car for $29,000 with absolutely no hassles.

The service at this dealership is amazing, and I am not even a regular customer. I bought my vehicle in 2006, and 16 years later had issues with the back window tint. I dealt with Sam - he was brilliant - treated me like an extremely valued customer despite not dealing with them for 16 years! I couldn't recommend Pennant Hills Toyota highly enough - they are extremely sincere, and clearly customer care is a high priority. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from these guys!
