82 My husband and I bought a brand new Hyundai Palisade and were told it would be ready for pick up on a certain day. We were not informed that it wasn’t ready until one hour beforehand after they had received our full payment and that the vehicle was still at the their yard, even though we paid a deposit one week prior. We were lied to by the salesman Jimmy Just being told what we wanted to hear.
Their customer service is appalling. Their manager Diego would continually hang up on my husband and refuse to call us back to keep us informed as to when our car would be ready for pick up.
I would not recommend them at all. Their service is appalling and they put Hyundai name to shame.
I like to share my great experience when purchasing my Santa Fe Hybrid. Not only the car itself, but also the service from Anthony Li! He is a true star, very professional and friendly. He knows everything of the car, and quite patient for our many questions even after the purchase. Thank you Pennant Hills Hyundai and Anthony.
We bought our car here, and we also live near it. We have since noticed that there are some mechanics coming from the Hyundai/Holden service centre who like to thrash customers cars after servicing them, on the roads around Pennant Hills Park, which is a pity as we were very happy with the actual buying experience. Don't leave your car with them for servicing.
Their mechanics found out where we live and have been harassing and abusing us at our house for years. Coming in the driveway, sitting out front, cracking/exploding their exhausts, revving engines, honking horns. And if that sounds bad, there's worse than that going on. Please don't go anywhere near these people. 'Premier' dealership must mean the best at abuse.
EDIT: The dealership does NOT take this seriously. Talking to other residents this has been going on for years and calls to the dealership don't get anywhere with stopping it.
One star is too much!
I own a Hyundai Kona Electric and the car stopped connecting to Apple car play and Android auto. I took the car 10-12 times to this place to have it fixed and every time I get promises. Last time their representative Karli Dunesky lied to me and was rude and told me I can take my car and go away if I don't like it.
Please avoid like plague! It's not worth your dignity, time and money!
Worse service received from both the Hyundai and the Services team. My husband bought his Hyundai here and I bought my Toyota a few days after. On the day of collecting my car we where standing and waiting for the sales man to bring my car to reception. As he was driving he scraped the whole of my vechile underneath going over a drain. We didn't want the car anymore as it had scrape marks everywhere. The finance team forced us basically and said we will need to pay 10% cancelation fee. I took the car, everytime I go over a bump my car makes sounds. It knocks on the front of the car. I asked the services team to have a look and they said it's my spair wheel in my trunk? This is the worst branch and service we received I won't recommend anyone to buy a car from this branch.
Worst dealer I've ever seen with rude salesperson, I've been there last Sunday because I was looking to purchase an EV car, when we just entered to check the car on display the sales person said we can't check it until we purchase it, when we asked how come we purchase a car without even looking at it from inside and his answer was that is our rules, when we asked about test drive he also said the same that we need to purchase it first, thanks God we didn't buy from them because if this is how you get treated from the salesperson what will we get from the service, anyways we've done test drive for Tesla, BYD and MG and we already got our new EV car, I'll never recommend Hyundai for anyone I know and if I can give a no star rating I would have done that
I got a car from there. Sales person offered me a very satisfying price. I’m very happy to do the business with them.
I booked my car in for a warranty issue (only a warranty issue).
My car was serviced without my authorisation. I did not want my car serviced at hyundai, nor was it due for a service at this time. When I explained this, they informed me that it had already been completed and that I had to pay for the service.
I explained that I was not going to pay for unauthorised work. At this time I was told that the mechanic would simply remove the new oil and replace it with the old oil that was taken from my car.
I obviously had great concerns that this was the response, specifically in relation to the mechanic suggesting to put potentially contaminated oil back into my brand new car.
I was then informed that Hyundai would not look at my warranty issue until I authorised the oil change or paid for the unauthorised service.
I have never dealt with more appalling customer service.
I do not recommend anyone take their car here, especially if their mechanics suggestion is to replace new oil for contaminated oil.
Had a very unprofessional experiance a used car sale staff, offered $3000 less then the asking price on a 2nd hand car that had high km's on it and got hit with an insult for a reply.quick to respond to the intial enquiry but it all went down hill from there.
Worst customer service ever.
I was promised a car delivery within a specific period which never happened. I had a special clause for the 1000$ deposit refund if the car is not delivered within this time. I have been waiting for this refund to happen for more than a month after the expiry of the delivery date. They keep coming up with excuses. I am happy that I didn't make the purchase from this Hyundai dealer.
Bought a car from another dealer but got it serviced regularly here. Just out of warranty the engine broke irreparably. The dealer approached Hyundai head office to get the engine replaced without me requesting it and got it replaced for free even though the car was just out of warranty. The service of this place is fab, they always recommend when things should be replaced and the service department works very smoothly. Courtesy cars are available, shuttle bus to Hornsby if required but also close to the train station. 100% recommend and trust this dealer. It’s when things go wrong you find out how good customer service is and I am 1000% happy with how I have been treated by this place.

Recently had my Hyundai i30 in for service, I received the most outstanding customer service from beginning to end. The booking process was such a breeze without any headaches along the way. The lovely ladies who served me in/out were such beautiful and helpful people. I would most definitely be recommending Pennant Hill’s to get a service done!
Very disappointed with my service today and the astronomical price to get things repaired. Shame on me for taking my car to a dealer once it’s out of warranty I was foolish to think they would be fair after years of been a dedicate customer with two cars that get serviced here. Update. Further from my service two items we paid for and were not carried out by Hyundai was skimming the rear discs and the rego check. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would do so. I would suggest taking your car to another dealer to get work done.
The worst customer services. I called them and they keep passing me between them and finally the phone hangs up.
My first point of contact was with Donnie Trinh via Carsales. The listing was so new it didn’t even have photos but Donnie sent me a bunch of them as I was about an hour away from the dealership.
Once I had seen the car in person I was allowed to take it out by myself for a test drive, which was really good, and settled on a good deal very quickly.
Very friendly, professional service all the way from beginning to pick up.
My husband purchased a new Hyundai 130N. From day one, car is making a creaking noise on the steering. We were told by the Service department that this is normal and a characteristic of the car. I struggle to understand how this noise is a characteristic of the car, when it doesn’t do it all the time, just intermittently. If we were made aware of this noise, we would never have purchased it. This in itself is a breach of Australian Consumer Law.
Is anyone having this same issue?

I came into this dealer to check out a Hyundai i30 Sedan N in person as I was tossing up between either a Kona N or i30 Sedan N. Decided that the Sedan was too large for my liking
To my surprise, Dat Nguyen (Manager) advised me that he could get me into a Kona N Premium in Performance Blue (Exact spec I wanted) as early as about a weeks time - and he sure kept his word and delivered. I did not have to wait especially during this hard time of purchasing brand new cars
The whole process from the initial enquiry, right through the finance process and even the trade in evaluation was so easy and stress free. Dat Nguyen and the team at West Pennant Hills Hyundai takes all the stress out of purchasing a vehicle. Communication and response times are second to none and they were able to answer all my queries and nothing was a problem to them
