The team here run a really great shop. I do all my printing and laminating here and it is always so quick and easy, for such an affordable price! Faster and way better service than any of the main office supply chains, and helps to keep businesses locally owned! I submit all my files digitally via email, in a range of file formats, and pick them up when I'm down the street doing my shopping. Fast, trim, reliable and great customer service. 5 stars!
Such a disappointing experience! Like to support local, but this place couldn't sort out printing a few pieces of paper. Didn't do what was asked (very simple - colour printing) and then tried to charge $5.50 for their error! Not worth the hassle, far too difficult and incredibly expensive. Go to the local library or Officeworks.
Customer service could improve, I won’t go back, I would rather drive to office works and get the help I needed.

I've used Peninsular Office Supplies for all my design and printing needs for many years - flyers and posters of all sizes, sandwich boards, magnetic signs for business cars, and the usual things like ink cartridges. What I value is the top quality staff (including designers), the range of products they keep in stock, and the care they take to get things exactly as you want them. Excellent customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
