Peninsula Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

I had an AIR-CONDITIONER replaced by Peninsular Airconditioning and Refrigeration today. The two Jacks arrived on time and very quickly completed the job. They were friendly and efficient and cleaned up after the installation. I am very happy to recommend this firm.

We had a great experience. We were well informed every step of the way, from the recommendation based on our property and the different options. All of our questions were answered clearly. The installation was within agreed time frames and the installation occurred with no problems. We would highly recommend.

Andrea and his team have earned a 5-Star review from us. From Andrea's first visit, where he listened carefully to what we thought we wanted, then recommended a much better (and cheaper) option. His team arrived on time, worked beautifully together, cleaned up and completed the job in a surprisingly short time. We now have a lovely 4-zone ducted system and could not be happier.

The first company told me my aircon had an issue that couldn't be fixed and urged me to get a new one. Luckily when Andrea came, the problem was diagnosed and solved efficiently. I'm thankful to have found them. Professional, experienced and reliable people. The receptionist was a nice lady too.

Had aircon installed in our upstairs master bedroom. From the free quote to the installation Andrea was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He matched a lower quote whilst retaining the same unit. Payment terms were very fair. The team cleaned up after themselves and even reglued some roof tiles which they discovered were lose during the install! I’m nervous when hiring tradies due to some negative past experiences however Andrea & his team know their job and are very honest and put me at ease fairly quickly. Will continue using for service and any new projects. Highly recommend Peninsula Air, Andrea & his team. We always try to hire local businesses but in this case we also hired the best on the coast! Excellent service. I had been let down by the local service who had put in my air conditioning. When I had a problem which I realised I would have to pay for, they ghosted me. I rang Peninsula Air and they came out quickly, devised a plan and implemented it on the spot.all done in under 30 minutes! Very reasonably priced.would not hesitate to use again.
