My experience with Penfolds was exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently had an issue with the tailgate on my VW Transporter which another "VW specialist" in Newcastle was unable to repair. Penfolds diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part on the Friday, I returned and the boys fitted it in less than an hour on the Monday. Exceptional service and great value for money!

Very good service centre and honest. They do what they say. I needed to change the brake pads of my car. They replaced these well and didn't charge any extra as like MyCar who booked me in and when I arrived they asked for disc to be replaced as well.

Perry has been my moto-guru for nearly 30 years, providing advice for my own DIY or fixing what is beyond my capabilities. His knowledge on almost any vehicle is extraordinary and his approach as a service provider is old school. He charges what he quotes and if extra things need doing he’ll discuss before proceeding. I cannot recommend him enough.

Incorrectly fitted a part to our car and refused to acknowledge it. Blamed it on everything under the sun except themselves Have had nothing but issues since. The worst.
