Poor poor service. Never use PECORD DESIGN EVER. How did you resolve using fair trading? Same issues, the guy doesn't respond to emails, text or calls.
Nothing problems, took well over 12mths to get him to complete the job for a renovation plan, and that was only after contacting Fair trading department, Best be avoided, other people I have spoken to about him have suffered similar experiences in trying to get him to produce work, reputation is well know among the approval process people for being slow. Closed office at Warrawong, now working from home. If you elect to use his service, be prepared for a hellish long wait, phones call and emails and lots of pain.
