Pearsons Florist reviews
29The guys at Pearsons Florist in Bondi Junction are truly wonderful. We had a lengthy discussion with them for funeral flowers for our loved one. They guided us on types/size/flowers for the occasion. They were all so caring, sensitive and provided modifications to the spray to ensure a unique arrangement. They delivered the spray without delay and the flowers were so incredibly fresh they lasted 3 weeks. Thank you for being so kind as our hearts were breaking and delivering such beautiful flowers to reflect our loved one.
I had a lovely experience there creating compositions for daycare educators! Stuff was extremely talented, kind and nice and even helped me to find taxi area and to bring flowers there! Flowers were very fresh, and compositions looked so stylish. If I am in this area, I will come again!
Excellent Service & Arrangement! Appropriately called ’Winter Elegance’ & comes with vase - looked better than on website. The Hospital staff were just as impressed if not more than my wife was.

Pearsons is always my favourite flower shop and never disappointed me with their quality and design. I also had a short term florist course for fun a few years ago and took home beautiful flowers home each course that was great experience! Today I visited Bondi shop. The florist Jenny was very helpful and made two bunches of flowers in a very nice way. I’m very happy with the purchase and pretty sure my friends will love them too.
Just had a genuine amazing experience receiving great gestures of hospitality and kindness from the two attendants. Had a few special requests on my flower arrangement that were happily done. They went above and beyond helping me to deliver a great moment and gift to my partner.
Cecile, Christina and the team were a huge help, not only for their quick preparation of a beautiful arrangement, but for helping with the logistics of hospital delivery. I'm based in Ireland, and having these lovely ladies help coordinate with the hospital and literally track down the recipient.top tier service. Thanks!
Extremely happy with my arrangement of flowers from Pearsons. They are my Favourite florist! Always been happy with my purchases of flowers from here.
My sister loved her gift. It was delivered by Michael, who she says was polite and friendly and it made her day. Thank you Pearsons team! I also appreciate getting notified on the delivery status updates, so i don't have to wonder if the flowers have been received or not. Great experience! My go to florist!
Paid 300 for a bouquet that would’ve cost half that. They knew I was in a rush so they screwed me. Last time I’m buying flowers here
(Reply to owner, not good enough. You take advantage of people that either don’t have time or are too decent to argue. My bouquet had 10 roses and 10 cheaper flowers, the arrangement was nothing special; a 24 rose bouquet at rip off Valentine’s Day is cheaper than that with long stems in your store. I’m not interested in your excuses, just rather you did the right thing from the start)
The flowers are beautiful and I’m grateful but sorry this isn’t a 300 bouquet. See photos. Unless I’m paying 100 for greenery.
Shoutout to Pearsons florist at Bondi Junction the best flowers that last and last and the best service from a wonderful team, an absolutely little piece of heaven on earth thank you for everything.
I cannot speak highly enough about the personable service Pearson’s is willing to provide. A wonderful family florist. Thank you so much
I used to work as a waitress at Bondi and one time I came in to query the price of flowers for my graduation day for University. The florist pretty much gave my friend and I a look that said it all. The rest is history (and to be clear, not in a good way)
Overpriced beyond words. And truly nothing special at all. I've bought way fancier bouquets for less.if you're looking for a place where you asks florists what they think and their response is 'i don't know i don't know what you like', THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
To top it off, how great is it that the incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful florists don't even care to wrap flowers you chose with water. Instead you get given instructions to 'pull up the sides of the bottom and stick it in water' before giving it the person you bought it for.
I won't buy from Pearsons online again too. Why support an Australian business who has a bad rep for bad service and overpriced flowers?
My first experience with Pearsons Florist was nothing short of exceptional. I ordered a bunch late last night with instructions to please deliver the next morning if at all possible. I had thought this a long shot given the late order and so was incredibly happy when Pearsons went above and beyond to deliver a gorgeous bunch well ahead of schedule. The flowers were just stunning and completely made the recipient’s graduation day. Thank for such wonderful service and I look forward to using Pearsons again!
Had an awful experience here. When I got to the store the florist was rude and the bouquet I ordered the day before was dead looking and awful. I was charged $80. I could’ve arranged the flowers better myself. She didn’t add water to the bottom of the flowers so they were wilted when I gave them as a gift. Do not go here.
Bought flowers for a friend’s birthday. They were beautiful and the service was great. I love how they do the extra foliage for $5 to fluff things out. Top dollar but top product too. When the guy picked the flowers out he chose from best to worst instead of worst to best, which just shows their philosophy is to do the best for the customer.
Superb customer sercive and products - worth every cent.
I went there to order flowers for an anniversary. The staff was very nice and welcoming, he made a very professional impression and put together a custom bouquet of some flowers of my choice and added other flowers and greens of his taste.
The result exceeded my expectations by far and 5 days later, the flowers still look amazing and bring lots of joy.
Thank you very very much, I'll be back for sure.
Worst company, very disorganised. Bad with communication and a company I would never recommend. Worst experience by far.
Bought a really overpriced bunch of flowers that weren’t even great quality - took over 40 minutes for them to wrap the flowers. Would not return
Saw signs for 25% off all plants so went to have a look, asked how much something was and was told the sale is over. Enquired a little more as all the signs were up, and was told abruptly that she was in the process of removing a sign so the discount doesn't apply anymore (not sure why a sale would end at 4pm when you close at 6pm). When I said its sorta false advertising the staff member snapped back and said that if we really wanted it fine, but only that one plant - before storming off to her colleague where she started ranting about me while I was still in earshot.
I work in customer service in Bondi Junction and would never behave like this. Perhaps your staff are under a lot of pressure and you need to look after them a bit better because the whole experience was bizarre.
