Avoid at all costs!
Acrylic nails come off after a couple of days. Repaired 3 times and continued to happen. Cheap glue. Refused refund.

Don’t recommend. Nail technicians cut your skin and don’t give you what you ask for. You need to know who to ask for because two out of the three nail technicians, (they swapped with each other) hurt me. I also asked for her to go shorter on my nails and she said no, it won’t look good and proceeded with the infills. They are also expensive for the quality of nails they produce. I don’t mind paying extra because I understand it’s strenuous and time consuming however, I’d like to feel comfortable and heard. Trust me, go elsewhere.

I don’t know what all these low reviews are for. I’ve been coming to pearl nails roselands for years and always happy with their service! I always get designs and there’s always someone working who is able to do it. I usually ask for Helen but I’ve had many different workers and all are lovely and take their time. The photos are just some of the designs I’ve had there- they also do the best shaping I’ve ever had.

Wrong shape and when I asked for different, got angry and annoyed with me and didnt even fix the nails properly. Had to fix them myself before going to work.

They are actually not as bad as what some of these reviews say. You just need to know who to see. I see Mya or Helen for my Infills and Sunny for my pedicures. Their work is fabulous and painting is exceptional… and I am very fussy…. That’s gotta say something.

I asked to get sns done they did it all wrong.
Also the wall before you walk in said sns was $45 they tried to charge me $55.
Horrible place and they look like they don’t even want to work there.

Pearl Nails provided me with the utmost comfort as I got my nails done. Their attitude towards me and those around me was outstanding and very welcoming. The environment around me was also very clean and organised.
It was a great first time experience.

Not a good service and they dont know how to do nails. 3 different people worked on my nail but only one girl was a bit better. I was made so uncomfortable to even tell my nail was uneven. I spent $75 and now I will have to go somewhere else to do them again ‍️.

Horrible customer service to say the least! All I need was to fix one broken acrylic nail. The older lady at the desk said “oh very busy, come back in 30 minutes”. (Mind you, there were only 4 clients already getting their nails done and no one was waiting). So I came back in 30 minutes for the old lady to tell me again “too busy” but there were still no others waiting. So out of my stubbornness I waited five minutes until they gave in to serve me. I know they didn’t want to fix one nail but I’m still a paying customer. The staff member kept pulling my arm over her working station, nearly making me hit my head on the sneeze guard several times, she barely filed my nail properly, leaving it lumpy, and made it quite obvious they were having a bitching session in their language. I would never recommend Roseland’s pearl nails to anyone! Rude and incompetent staff who have no pride in their work!

Got my nails done today went home and they’re already chipping on the sides, they reuse the disposable foot scrubber so they don’t have to throw it out. They don’t do a good pedicure barely spend time on you

Absolutely terrible experience rubbish pedicure would not recommend if they were the last nail salon in the world. My feet were itchy after. I feel yuck and need to wash my feet. Salon is unhygienic and dirty. Zero stars if I could.

All my nails were uneven and jaggered lady cut my skin and then filed it with the machine filer. It was painful, also i got stabbed in the toe during pedicure and it got infected. Would not reccomend or go here again.i don't think these ladies are actually trained to the minimum australian standard, they barely even speak english.

Went in to do an infill with shellac missing nail and colour on toes
they said they don’t have the same colour for my toes so I did it shellac
I think it’s expensive they told me $100
She stayed on her phone took over an 2hrs then I looked on the nail polish board they did have the same colour in normal nail polish they just wanted me to pay shellac on my toes
Then I went to pay they told me 105 I said no she told me $100 she even lied to my face and said no I told you 105 I will never go back there again my nails are not even and very thin i told her I want them thicker

** BEWARE IF THIS PLACE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ***

The ladies force what they want for you instead of you picking what you asked for.

They mock you in their language and have a tendency to roll their eyes as you if they think your not looking.

Over charged and such rude customer service, they should of already been shut down with such bad service.

Not going to make the same mistake again.

They rude and only there to try everytime to rip you off. Never friendly and always overcharging everything. Please avoid to have business with them rude rude and nasty

I came here on Saturday for a pedicure and and and overlay. The customer service wasn’t bad but I won’t be coming back here for a few reasons:
- none of the tools used were fresh or sanitised including cuticle remover, nail filer, nail clipper and foot scrubber;
- my big toes were filed unevenly and when I asked the lady who did it to fix it, she did one shorter than the other.
- my SNS was not buffed down and looks unnatural and is hanging over my cuticle;
- to remove my sns I was told to leave my hand in a bowl with paper towel and acetone that was sitting in a bowl of warm water - this was very uncomfortable for someone who has dermatitis prone skin.
Usually I speak up on the spot but either these ladies were in a rush to turn customers out or just didn’t care.
I normally go to the Pearl Nails at Eastgardens and have never had any issues and it is a much smaller salon. Looks like I will be making the trip East when I need to get my nails done.

Literally typing this as I’m walking out had a appointment at 7pm and walked out last customer as they pick and choose who to do
The 2 ladies that worked on me were as old as my mother which isn’t the problem but to work unqualified or no experience is.the job I received was 1 of the worse ever it actually looks like stick one’s as they have went over the nail onto the skin
The short lady with glasses was who was the 2nd lady as she put the colour on her mail put a dent in the colour she filed it down sooo much to try and cover it up I’m soo disappointed and disgusted in the job they done
When cutting my nails they didn’t use clean implements
And to top it off this lady with her daughter were getting their nails done and they won’t let the poor girl even move off her seat
I could have done a better job myself WORSE PLACE EVER

Definitely not worth the money, my nails turned out wonky and they overcharged me, plus the staff was very rude. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Would not recommend, went for a mani and pedi and experienced rude service from front of house lady.minimal attention to detail with main objective being to rush people out.

My nail polish was thinned out (with thinner) and hence left colour streaks, furthermore bumpy polish on nails as they couldn’t be bothered to re-paint a nail after a bit of nail polish scratching off in the painting process (so they just painted ontop) …. Do not waste your money here … Buy yourself a nice nail polish and mani set and do it yourself

Went there yesterday to get my nails done. The lady i had was very rude. She filed my finger twice which is painful today. I told her they were to long but she choice to ignore what i was saying. Constantly spoke in her language. Which i found very rude. My nails look brilliant but i will refuse to have that lady do my nails again. If she doesn't like doing her job. She shouldn't be there. Short lady with glasses.
