Walking into Pearl Nails is an instant relaxation trigger. The staff greeted me warmly, before she worked her magic on my manicure. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait for my next visit. Thanks, the owner and the amazing team for creating such a wonderful environment.

Came her three times. First time, wonky decent nails but nice staff. Second time, thick nails but looked nice. Third time, had to come back in the next day for a broken nail, then the day after that for another. After 4 days, 3 more cracked off. Not returning.

Always reliably good! They go out of their way to let you be creative with the colours/design. Great manicure/pedicures consistently, we love an old reliable <3

Very poor quality of work. I got shellac done a week ago, it started chipping in 3 days. This usually last 3 weeks. I showed them proof and went back to fix it in a week. They still charged me $20 for fix their work. Do not recommend going to them.

I have been getting my nails done for years NEVER GO HERE. I had 3 different technicians do my nails. The end result was pathetic, my nails looked REALLY FAKE (I had tips and SNS) I went back and complained and they chatted in their own language, It was very degrading and uncomfortable. They would not fix my nails even though they were cracked under the top coat. Treated badly, VERY RUDE. I will NEVET step foot in there again. My Recommendation DON’T BOTHER

This is my second visit here! And I absolutely adore it. The staff are extremely pleasant. The place itself is clean, and they clean up after everyone who comes in and out. Best nails salon in Baulkham Hills!

I needed a pedicure while I was in BH on a work trip and had found this place. The staff was super sweet and friendly. Really like the pedicure!

The lady was very carefully and my nails has stayed intact for a month without chipping Would come back

I got acrylic infill and shelac Monday. Monday night the shelac lifted on one of my nails and was wet underneath. Super streaky and bubbly. They fixed it Tuesday morning. It's now Thursday and I've been sitting here for an hour and 20 minutes waiting to get more shelac fixed on a different finger because it's also peeled. 3 people that have gotten here after me have been seen before me. I only need them to fix shelac on one nail. It's a 5 minute job. They do not put tips on straight and argue when you point it out. Very rude.

This manicure salon's owner has the softest, warmest heart. She is patient and courteous. Excellent customer service and a friendly atmosphere! Excellent work on my nails and at a reasonable rate. I'll definitely be back!

The fourth appointment and the experience was still great. The ladies there seem great at what they do and I would definitely recommend going to this salon!

Great service! I've gotten shellac here a couple of times and the quality is amazing. The staff is really nice and work really fast. Will be coming here again!

I was looking for a nail salon near my place and this place was the first one that popped up LOL. I'm very satisfied with how my nails turned out. It is well done and the colour turned out really nice! Also got a discount and a gift voucher! Definitely recommend!
