Very Rude, the person that we had doesn’t have time to explain what to do, but happily take your money, tries to do too many customers at once and it shows in her work and attitude

Terrible service, I would never go back there and I don’t recommend this place to have nails done. I been having my nails done regularly but this is the worst place I’ve ever been. Worst worst, don’t waste your money here.

Horrible service and charged a bomb for shabby work. Never going back again! If I could, I would have rated it zero for their rude service!

This place is horrible, I do not recommend for anyone to come here. I was charged $60 for some basic nails that were wonky. I wouldn’t even recommend for worst enemy to come here. 0/5

The girls are all lovely and I am happy with three end result. Although they could clean chairs and have a general spring clean.

Every time I have come here ever since owners changed, I get disappointed - either poor customer service or quality of work. It's always bad. Today was the worst. My toe started bleeding and burning from excessive scraping. I rather pay a bit more and go somewhere else.

I need to say that this place a lady called mine or whatever her name was she was lovley lady but then I called up because 2 days later 3 nails broke acrylic was a bit thin these things happen I understand so I called because I'm coming all the way from Penrith to fix them and so I called them spoke to her She was offended at the fact I made a comment about the acrylic to thin. I'm only behing honest not abusing her or yelling or being rude I asked if she could do them if I drive down as I loved the way she did my shape and she answered me in a rude manner and said no maybe I might do them to thin again them refused to make an appointment with me she lives in the livrpool area and she was lovley until she got criticism for her work. Like hello I'm telling you so you can learn how I like them and I can be a regular but looks like u guys don't care. I won't be coming back!

I was there for more than 45 minutes waiting and non of the staff asked me to come in and also when I was waiting they keep letting others in to do there nails and pedicures.very bad customer service and the girls are working there don’t know communicate.when I said one of a Asian girls why you let others in while I was still waiting and she was shocked didn’t know what to say.not even an apology this is very disrespectful situation as a customer. This is not happening only to me to others as well I have seen many times they they are doing this to drown color people in general and the staff is very rude too

Had shellac pedicure and normal manicure. Did not have the colorI wanted. Switched to another boring color. Very rushed job. Disappointed

TERRIBLE! Last time I went here, pedicure was so bad nails were crooked and left long, theyvdidnt even buff nails and nail polish was so thinned out (actullay saw a girl putting thinner into polish bottles) left ridges in paint. Told them I wasnt happy and they said ok you pay just $20 when a pedicure costs $25. Shocking, greedy ans grubby salon, spread the word Oh and ladies most work places advisr against speaking another language in front of others especially customers its just plain RUDE!

I do my lashes here. The lashes themselves are fine but the customer service is disappointing. They also tend to add prices to your service and say we charge you this price every time when Cleary I have the proof on my transaction history. The lash lady herself walked off on me for explaining the truth and started to ignore me. She also refused to do my lashes as she greeted me so rudely. She also chose to do the lady she works with lashes and not me the Client. I don’t understand how the owner of this place keeps workers like this employed.
Disgusting.

I wanted to trim my hair straight and she trimmed it wrong half of my hair short and half long. I paid 25 $ and she didn’t even show me the results. Very disappointed

One the worst experience I have ever had she was so busy talking on the phone and not listing to me, I wish I could give her 0 star, I will never ever go there

I am absolutely appalled!
The language barrier is a big issue and the manipulation to overcharge just to add to cost. The lady added cost without advising it will cost more and went ahead and did what she wanted on my daughter's nails without permission. Went for infils and was suppose to pay $25. Was forced to pay $45. The miscommunication was incredibly poor and placing an underage girl at reception worked to the managers agenda. Saying she's only young so no accountability for mistake and there was no compassion from this manager. She lied that she got permission from my 16 year old daughter to do extras I made it clear only infils! I'm disgusted and will never recommend this place. Manipulation used to overcharge.

So I am so disappointed the lady that I had has got glue all over my fingers the shape of my nails are uneven and there is a lump on the top of them and to top it of she cut me 3 times. I will not be coming back again

The nails weren't great, the lady cut my fingers multiple times and was very rude. Was quoted a different price to what they expected me to pay and when questioned the lady started making judgements about me and my financial situation due to my age. Was yelled at in front of the whole store. I've never experienced such poor customer service and will never recommend.

Went to get my nails done and the staff was super rude. The girl who did my nails kept chatting with other workers in their language which is not very professional. She also didn’t fill my nails properly and rushed the whole process. Honestly had the worst experience. I’m never going back there.

I had leisure time at the shop. The staffs cared about my needs and took care of my nails. Shop is clean. I will back again. See you in 2 ưeeks

First time getting shellac, she rushed the glue, she didn't fill my whole nails.
The shape was horrible instead of almond shape I got witch claws.
When i complained, she blamed me for moving around.
The color was wrong and I paid $50 for it.
I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed,
I would not go back here or reccomend them to any of my friends.
