7Friendly staff, lots of space. LES MILLS classes, BodyPump, BodyCombat & BodyBalance as well as the very popular Active Aerobic Class suitable for any age Abs Butts Thighs, Yoga. There's a new functional area called "The Cage". Try the sled, the SkiErg, assault runner, rowing machine, flip truck tyres, punch boxing bags, kettle bells, slam balls etc. Pin loaded equipment and free weights plus all cardio equipment. Kids gymnastics is extremely popular. School holiday programs and learner driver courses
It's a well-equipted gym, with easy roll in process and friendly staff. The direct debit option is cheaper than any where else that I know.
Its wide hall create enough room to feel more free space for your exercise.
