Went in for some pc parts. Was worried about some of the reviews. I quoted one part at a nearby store on the phone just before I walked in to Pcxite and the guy who served me wanted half as much for the same part which made me pretty happy straight off the bat. The pricing was more than fair so I ended up getting more items than I originally planned. Would recommend this place. Can't fathom the bad reviews after my experience

Owner is great really helpful and provides excellent service they are my go to for my computer services and repairs also for my ink cartridges

Worst service, they’ve had my laptop for months with no repairs and they never call you back with any updates!

I came here a while ago a few times with my boyfriend to upgrade some parts for his desktop computer. The hard drive we purchased was not working and one of the RAM sticks wasn't working either. We got a replacement for the hard drive but it also didn't work. The prices were not bad at all, but the quality of the items we purchased were kinda awful.

Terrible experience. It was nearly broke my laptop and charged for unreasonable price. DO NOT GO TO THERE.

This guy refused to even tell me the price of what I wanted. He kept trying to upsell me to a bigger power supply. Also said they had second hand ones but refused to even mention them. If thats not all bad enough, what he was trying to sell me was way overpriced for what it was. I really would advise to not go here, I have priced things here more than once and never been happy with the experience.

Worst shop ever. I bought computer part from him, then I had to return it without opening it.he treated me like a thief.what disgrace to deal with them. And very rude. I hope his business dies very soon.

Got my ssd in my laptop stolen by the owner after he changed my hard drive. Definitely not recommended store.

INTERNET CAFE: Things constantly popping up on the screen in Chinese, looked liek it was full of viruses. Computers are faulty too. We asked for 3 hours but got 2 for some reason, which was $14 or 2 people. Very expensive.

Overall experience was horrible
