PC Pitstop were amazing. My computer was infected with a bad virus and needed a total clean. Lucy, was responsive and reassuring. She got it sorted in record time and was in contact throughout to clarify a couple of issues. She also helped me set up a strategy to minimise/prevent future issues. Very impressed by the young boy that served me. Very helpful and informative.
But not very impressed by the fact I paid $100 for the same information that I got from sos repairs that charged me nothing?

Picked up a 2nd hand laptop here. Works fine.
I'm sure the back end techs know what they are doing but l felt the front desk staff lacked knowledge.

Pitstop we’re very responsive to my particular problem, fixed my problem in a timely manner and charged me a very reasonable fee.

I have relied on PC Pitstop for quite a few years now, since moving to Port Macquarie for I prefer the annual service on the PC & laptop including the annual Norton security update, also a replacement screen on my wife's IPad. Most recent, once again, quick, efficient service on the laptop (a windows problem), at the right price. One cannot ask for anymore than that! Thank you.

While I can usually handle email, FB and search I was recently scammed and PC Pitstop patiently put my protection back together. The technicians put a lot of extra work getting my 2 computers working safely.

I recently had some issues with my laptop and took it into the boys at PC Pitstop. They were super professional and very helpful. I use my laptop every day for work and they were willing to be flexible so I could drop it in for repairs when it suited me. Everything was fixed and the whole process was very easy. Would highly recommend!
