Had drop offs over last week.road base, bluestone & turf underlay. Driver was friendly & dropped the loads exactly where I needed.even though the access was tricky. Reliable delivery like clockwork & always hassle free transaction.

Local supplier, very competitive price, staff is very polite. Great for pick up your own. Delivery on the other hand is terrible, I live 5 mins away and needs firewood delivery. I was told within 2 hours, now it has been almost 4 hours, still waiting, can’t contact staff since they close at 1pm on Sunday. Day is ruined!

Terrible customer service- we phoned questioning whether a delivery was correct as the quantity seemed smaller than we’d previously received and we were abused and threatened over the phone with disgusting language. We’ve never received such bad customer service and are appalled with how the matter was dealt with.

They are local & there staff are polite when dealing with them. There business model needs some work. Need work in regards to deliveries but pricing seem reasonable.

Got their premium firewood only to find after stacked and split it was still sappy and wet NOT AT All SEASONED.
I Let them know but they were not overly concerned.
The premium in premium firewood must only be in price.
I Wont be getting anymore firewood from Paynes.

It is a gr8 place to get your landscape supplies from. They are friendly and there prices are very competitive.

Used them quite a bit until last week when the chucklefcuk driving the dozer smashed the bucket down into the top of my ute's toolbox and put a huge dent in it. I called him out on it and he simply drove off saying 'it'll pop out'.

This place has all your landscaping supplies and the price is better then most places around. They can also do delivery with a small tip truck or a big truck and dogs aswell.
