Received great service in-store from Reza, and fabulous installers (eventually), happy with the final product.
Really let down by terrible service from the people you deal with to confirm costs and installation dates. I had to call multiple times to chase/confirm install dates, which were changed by Payless three times, and they never contacted me. Dismissive service over the phone with two people giving me completely conflicting advice. Would not recommend.

Very happy with our new floors. Big thanks to all the team at Payless Belrose. Our home looks and feels amazing again.

I am extremely happy with my new timber flooring quality and installation! The transformation in my house is incredible. The quality of the flooring and the craftsmanship is top-notch. This is a very disappointing shopping experience in this store.

We ordered & paid for a standard size item on Saturday (not made to order / not customise) and one day after on Sunday we made a decision which we have to cancel our order.

We contacted the store hotline as soon as possible to seek their help for refund in order to avoid the order delivery.

However, the stuff's attitude was very indifferent and refused to process refund request - even the order haven’t dispatched from their warehouse!

We read the refund policy on their website to this staff and this guy simply advised us that if the rug delivered and we can keep it or we can throw it on the street, they really don't care about it!

On Monday we contacted their HQ to seek further help but still no any update or solution.

There was no stuff to notify us NO REFUND before we made full payment and only show No Refund terms on the tax invoice after payment completed - it needs customer to sign for agreement but we haven't sign it yet. - The terms & conditions are unfair for any purchaser because they not fully informed.

Anyway, no way for money refund if you have already paid.

Their refund policy is just a joke. It is totally misleading for all customers. We can’t trust this store anymore.

So angry for their misleading & rude attitude.

Will lodge a complaint to Fair Trading.

The most terrible retailer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Purchased a $1.2k rug on Saturday that won't be delivered for a week. Called back a day later to cancel the purchase due to change of mind and they won't refund me and say they will deliver the rug and leave it on the street if we don't want it. Simply the lowest form of customer service ever experienced in my life.

Excellent choice of rugs at v competitive prices.

Monica's service was attentive and helpful without being intrusive.

We took measurements and photos and went home to make a final check. The following day we confirmed our purchase and paid over the phone around lunchtime. By 5,30pm that day the rug was delivered right to the required room.

I recently purchased a large rug on line from the 60% off sale, I was very nervous as with past experiences items have not been as pictured. However I’m pleased to say this time it was delivered within days of ordering (before we we even notified) and is perfect, just as the picture and description depicted. I am thrilled as I got a real bargain that looks fabulous! Would definitely recommend!

I have just ordered two more floor rugs same as I originally ordered 8 months ago for our bedroom. Monica went above and beyond to help me with sizes and as I was just ordering over the phone she still was amazing. I had my floors done from Pay less flooring at Belrose. OMG they are FANTASTIC. I would recommend to everyone. Monica was just so WONDERFUL to deal with. They did an AMAZING job of my floors. They keep you informed with every step of the way. If you want your floors done, go with Pay less flooring. I've had friends that have gone with other companies & have had nothing but problems. So I was scared about the whole process. So happy
