Pawsum Vets are awesome. Our 15yr old Red Kelpie Dusty had to be euthanased & cannot express how amazing they were throughout the whole process. Very professional & empathetic.

We are delighted with our Australian Terrior Ned’s recent summer haircut at Pawsum. We requested a scissor cut from Chris and are extremely pleased with the results! Definitely Ned’s best haircut ever!

I took my dog Lester to Pawsum at Leichhardt four or five times. Lester is a very old silky Jack Russell cross. I explained many times that he was old and they should be careful. He came back with itchy skin and conjunctivitis twice which required medical care. It took me three visits before I realised the cause of his conjunctivitis. The last time I took him he couldn't even stand. His tail seemed shorter. It is my belief that they accidentally cut the tip of his tail and said nothing about it. My dog could walk before this last visit and many times the manager watched as I walked my dog out of her store. I think she knew and also didn't say anything. Because Lester's tail has Been permanently damaged he can no longer balance whilst walking and falls over all the time. My next door neighbour also stopped taking her dog to Pawsum as her dog, a puppy, also came back twice with terrible conjunctivitis. Also Lester twice came back with infected nails which they cut way too short again affecting his ability to walk. They really do not seem to care about the dogs at all. Just the money.

I am very thankful I found Pawsum for Doggy Daycare for my little dog Ellie.

Ellie loves going to Pawsum and gets so excited when we arrive. Chris and her team are amazing and provide Ellie with lots of individual attention, love and care, and me with peace of mind knowing she is happy and safe.

Conveniently located in the centre of Leichhardt and natural products are used. My puppy has been having dog wash with Pawsum since he was a puppy and now he is 4 years old. Highly recommend!

Contacting Pawsum is almost impossible so I have found another groomer who doesn't have a 1300 no.

We have had a wonderful experience with Pawsum. Our very busy 14 month old Jack Russell, Frankie just loves doggy day care. She absolutely adores Christine and her caring attentive team. All grooming facilities are transparent with highly trained staff.no traumatised fur babies here. We totally recommend Pawsum as a welcoming state of the art facility where you can confidently leave your dog in the professional care of this excellent team.

Dr Peter and the lovely receptionists helped me today with the awful task of euthanising my best friend Romeo, I cannot fault their service. I was able to say goodbye to my baby at home where he was comfortable. The process was explained to me and they arranged collection for cremation and return of his ashes. This all happened on my return from night shift at 7am and they were calling around to organise this for me on a Sunday morning before normal hours. I can’t thank you enough

If your wanting a 5 star haircut on your pooch, than look no further. I have a Toy Poodle & Olivia always does an amazing job. We have followed Olivia wherever she works. The attention to detail she provides, tells you that she loves what she does. I feel comfortable in recommending Olivia to anyone, she’s the best.

We always take our cocker spaniels to Olivia, she is the best groomer we have ever had and our dogs just love her taking care of them. The amount of compliments we receive about their groom from friends and strangers is unbelievable. We highly recommend Olivia and couldn’t imagine having to go elsewhere.

The pawsum team goes above and beyond to make sure your fur baby is pampered my dog can be a challenge when it comes to grooming but after some visits, she seems to be more relaxed when I give her, her weekly bath. The visit to pawsum must be going well because she normally hates a bath!

The staff was very helpful with my fur baby she can have some anxiety when we are separated. Elle made the transition very easy and less stressful for the both of us!
