Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff at Paulls Richmond Mowers. After a few failed attempts at other mower shops to get advice and comparisons between models, we found this amazing shop and met Harry. He was very friendly, very helpful and patient with all our questions. Honest about pros and cons of each model in relation to our needs. We left having made our purchase sure in the knowledge we had found the right mower for us. Would recommend unreservedly.

It's a good place to get new parts for a Husqvarna or Honda parts, I have used them on many occasions

Uncertain of the garish advertising on the lawn of my favourite cafe and leaving a trip hazard in the form of foreign product out on said lawn.
Will consider ignoring BB for the time being - I came for the aesthetic of trees and greenery, not machinery and an oversized card in front of us.

Wonder if milkshakes and salads are left untouched on the counter of the mower shop.

They did a warranty repair on a mower bought from Bunnings. It now works better than when I first got it out of the box!

We had problems sourcing older Husqvarna parts in the ACT and found Sally at Paulls Richmond Mowers who found them all for a fair price. Pity Paulls isnt local here as their customer service is great and they find solutions rather than just focusing on easy sales.thanks Pete

Would definitely recommend Paul's mowers, they have excellent service, staff are easy going and willing to help out and Look after tradies. Had my mower fixed same day so I could continue work. Well worth the drive to Richmond.

Extremely overpriced and expensive. Prue the manager is rude and uncooperative. Wait times for repairs are extensive, for a family business I am surprised they are still operating. Will never shop there again.

Fantastic and attentive service! Friendly counter staff and mechanic came out of the workshop to explain how to correctly sharpen my chainsaw, very happy with the experience.

They have a great range of mowers and other equipment. Over the years I have always found their staff to be most helpful.

Love Paulls the team there are always super helpful. Love the battery powered range of equipment light and quieter. A definite stop for your mowing and pruning needs.

Pauls Mowers, have a great range of products starting from mowers and accessories for the small suburban yard right up to the big stuff to look after those acres.they also have great service from the time you walk on the door whether you need some new gear or just need the old stuff repaired they really do give five star service.

They tried to tell me that my mowers engine was no good and that they could put a second hand engine on it for hundreds of dollars, or that I could buy a new mower. Took my mower elsewhere and found out that it just had a couple of loose bolts. These guys just want to take advantage of you. They are always too quick to tell you your mowers no good and sell you a new one.
They also said it would take a week to get back to me to tell me what was wrong with my mower. Called them a week later and they said it would take another 3 weeks just to look at it! And then they told me it would cost me extra just to diagnose the problem when they originally told me the problem could be fixed by just paying for a standard service.
