I would highly recommend using Patioworld Central Coast. From the concept plans right through to the build, the team at Patioworld were very professional and transparent. Throughout the process I was in constant communication with the builder Jason and he was able to give me updates when needed. The team was very diligent with their work and I am very pleased with the result.

The worst ever experience with Patioworld just on the initial conversation! The representative is more keen to know how much I am going to spend even without visiting or knowing what needs to be done exactly! I was explaining that I need to move my existing deck to the other side and build a pergola on it and this gentleman said it will cost the same as a new deck with materials, so leave the deck as it is …. As it’s going to be expensive! When I Insisted to keep my deck materials and just move the same deck to the other side he simply hung up saying that they can’t help me and they can’t even have a timber pergola and many other things they can’t do!
For your information Mr Patioworld… I have a $2.0m worth of house of 45squares and you treated my like a low life who can’t afford this job! It was a humiliating experience with you guys and I will never ever recommend Patioworld to anyone in my contacts!

Patioworld Gosford - Customer service very poor. I felt as though they judged me with my budget as they didn't get back to me with a quote. Tried to follow up but no one got back to me.

Very professional great communication attention to detail is excellent, office staff very efficient, the key to a good business is not only good installers but great office workers as well, you can have a good business but if the office workers aren't up to speed can really make a negative impact on the business. Don't forget your employees at Christmas time.

Love love love our new additions to our house so much so I refer to our Pergola area as our new room even though not fully enclosed (just yet) blinds to come at a future date.

Our front verandah is so good especially appreciating the roof on verandah right now with constant changing weather conditions of late.

Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else, the only place to go for your outdoor renovations
