I can't express how helpful Bhavesh has been during our visa process. Due to Covid and the loss of sponsorship, we had to go through a lot of processes to finally get our PR today. I met Bhavesh from Path Migration as a matter of co-incidence, but I count my blessings every single day for two reasons -
1) Me and my family now live in a beautiful and safe country, and
2) Bhavesh made the process of obtaining the 188 visa (which leads to a PR) extremely simple and easy.

Since I was applying under the business and investor category, I was keen on finding and working with a migration expert who had an in-depth understanding of numbers. During my first meeting with Bhavesh, I got to know that he is a also a Chartered Accountant who understands the Indian accounting system extremely well. I also realised that he knew a lot more about the Business/investor visa category than many other self-proclaimed Australian migration specialists. This is because Bhavesh is a Migration Lawyer (not just a migration agent). Note that migration lawyers are several notches above migration agents and can also appeal against a decision etc.whereas migration agents cannot!

Since Bhavesh interacts with the Business and Investor visa team of the various Australian states on a regular basis himself, he has excellent first-hand knowledge and information about this category of visas. His main forte however, is his ability to understand accounting numbers/turnover etc.and present them appropriately to the case officers.
