I went to Parry’s with ideas in mind for my engagement ring but no real concept of exactly what I wanted as a final product. I showed Michael different things I did and didn’t want for my ring and I provided a stone which I wanted to have as the centrepiece of the ring. Michael knew exactly the ring (in store) to suit my requests and was able to help me design my own ring based on this and my ideas. The turn around time was faster than promised and the service was brilliant! I live 6 hours away but chose Parry’s based on a recommendation and I’m so glad I did! I was emailed computer generated pictures which were so accurate to the final product, I’m astounded! I’m so happy with my experience with Parry’s and I can’t recommend the team highly enough!

From the start of entering the establishment I felt listened to in regards to what I wanted and needed in the repairs of my rings, the receipt of handling was awesome in detailing the items and description. The communication involved in the repairs was also awesome. Whilst picking up my rings not only had they been repaired exactly to what I asked, they were cleaned and polished with love. Parry’s staff and Jeweller obviously love what they do and can not recommend this establishment enough.

Each time I came to the store, Tony was consistently attentive to my needs, professional and thorough at all times and assisted me tirelessly when choosing wedding bands and wedding jewellery. Not only did Tony listen to what I wanted, she patiently explained several options in the price range I was looking to spend, and made my fiancé and I feel very welcome and satisfied. They have the best range in town, the best quality and will even buy gold you can use as credit in the store. Very impressive. Top class service and high quality jewellery.
