The guys there did a great job fixing my vehicle and getting it back to being just like brand new, I really appreciate the help and communication throughout the whole process.

I called in today to enquire about fixing a minor repair. Sam examined the job and within 10 mins he returned my car fixed, he had managed to pop the panel back in place! Thank you so much Sam and the team.

Edit: After reading my review Ryan the Operations Manager got in touch. The person my husband and I had originally spoken to was someone called Sam, who we haven't dealt with again since. Ryan personally made sure that my car was completed in the time frame that we needed and the car was even returned to us with a new fog light and detailed at no extra cost. Special mention to Murray for his work and showing my husband what had been done when it was picked up.

Original review: One of the most condescending men I've ever had a phone conversation with. Despite being told on the phone and by email that my car is mechanically fine he still asked my husband and I seperately if we were aware of how much it would cost to get the car towed to Parramatta. Wanted insurance details before quoting despite us having two previous quotes which were lower than my excess and therefore not worth claiming. Wanted to do work already done by a mechanic (removing panels) to "assess damage", obviously so that he would already then be halfway through the job and we'd therefore have to pay whatever price. Wouldn't recommend to anyone young, female, or with a time limit.

I am so happy with service they provided. Communication was very professional and in timely manner. The quality of the job was fantastic.

Receptionist is the only good thing about this place. Got in accident, and it was not my fault. I informed my insurer the damages and they sent it to this smash repairer, after inspection (BS one). Without even checking the damaged part he just assumes that it was not part of the accident. Been 17 days delayed waiting for their response to when i can drop my car to be fixed, and it turned out they did not even order the parts for my car.maybe other people had a good luck with them but seriously I wouldn't recommend anyone to go for them.

Sam and the PSR team are absolutely terrific in their work and outstanding in regards to customer service. Over the last year whilst dealing with car troubles they have ensured that the process has been seamless and as convenient as possible. Sam is extremely accomodating and ensures an exemplary standard of customer service which cannot be found anywhere else. The reception ladies were truly a pleasure to deal with and ensured to answer all questions accurately and efficiently. The repairs performed on my car were nothing short of perfect and cannot be faulted at all. I could not recommend PSR enough, they are truly one of a kind!

The body work and paint job on my car are outstanding. The customer service was friendly and efficient and Sam organised a hire car for me to drive while mine was being repaired. They called me when there was a hold up with the insurance, which got the whole process moving efficiently. My car came back washed and clean and it feels like new again. This is the second time I've used Parramatta Smash Repairs and both times it's been an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this business.

Gave us back our brand new car with swirl marks all over the paint, didn’t line up the rear bar properly, left polish, bird poo and paint flecks on it - terrible workmanship. All in all had our car for over a month only to give it back to us with a starkly different colour paint where it had been repaired and said that was expected, there’s nothing that could be done about it and to go back to our insurance. Very disappointing result, unhappy with the way the car looks and would not recommend to anyone.

EDIT: yes your workshop has made an effort to fix the workmanship but it shouldn’t have taken me four trips to the workshop to get a reasonable level of service. Absolutely no quality control checks whatsoever. I’m on my FIFTH trip back to the workshop because your team has still not completed the repair properly. Absolutely would not recommend this absolute waste of time to anyone.

My Mitsubishi Ute (Sun Flare Orange) had a damaged tail gate along with minor front bumper scrap, Parramatta Smash quoted & submitted photos to my Insurer after the quote was approved they promptly contacted me to book a date for repair work to start also supplying me with a courtesy vehicle. The work has been completed the quality of the paint matching & finish is A1. The communication keeping me in the loop was excellent & I’d like to thank Sam for this.

The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and professional. My car was T boned and was sent by the insurer to these guys. After the repair was completed ahead of promised time on the side that impacted in the accident, I pointed out that the car was also damaged on the other side which was not involved in the accident, but this was during the towing period and they took full ownership of the problem, contacted my insurer and called me to drop my car back again for further repair. One of the best smash repairs I have come across in whole Western Sydney
