Parramatta Isuzu Ute

Brought my 2017 MUX at Denlo Isuzu, but unfortunately they went out of business. Shopped around the local Isuzu dealers for service and wasnt really satisfied until Joe. M came to Isuzu North Parramatta Service. Excellent service, competitive prices and such a great experience with Joe every time.
Considering North Parramatta Isuzu for my next car purchase purely because of the satisfaction with the service team. Good stuff.

If after a new Isuzu, ask for Dalya. I recently purchased an Isuzu D-Max and found her knowledge and professionalism very refreshing. After visiting several other dealerships where the sales person was preoccupied and did not even acknowledge my presence or had time for me. Dalya went an extra mile to help out by answering all my enquiries in timely manner.

I recently purchased a new DMAX LSU+ (cancelled order) thru Oliver Stewart, I cannot recommend this business enough, nothing was a problem, they were extremely helpful well done to the team at Parramatta Isuzu UTE

This excellent culture flows down from the very personable dealer principal who ensures he keeps friendly and competent staff, spotless premises and keeps in touch with customers on the showroom floor.

The staff are very friendly and communicate everything effectively. I purchased my car new from here and continue to use the service centre 3.5 yrs later. Highly recommended.

I had a service booked in for Jan 3 2023. I arrived at 730am and waited till 830am and no one was at the premises. I received a text confirming the booking in Nov 2022. No one was to be seen
Very disappointed and frustrated as I had to move things around to make this appointment and there was no one there.

Jesse, Geoff and the team in sales are the best Isuzu dealer in Sydney by far, they kept communicating with me when the handover was delayed from covid and manufacture backlogs, and when handover day finally came they knew their product and fully ran me through the entire car.champion blokes great service!

We trust the reviews. We came to know about parramatta isuzu ute just by scrolling over the net and reading through the reviews. And yes! We actually did the right thing. So happy to have our transaction with Geoff, he was accomodating and well organized. He talked us all the way through and showed us what the unit has to offer. No sugar coating, he  gave us the reassurance through open communication from emails and calls.   Happy with the service and satisfied with the unit. The team is highly recommended! You wont go wrong.

You cannot book your first time car sevice online or by phone. No one will reply your application.

This place originally rated 5/5 with Justin. But the new service manager that replaced Justin is just not very customer focused and just isn't interested in the customer's needs.had to wait 3 months for front body mounts to come in. Then 2 days to wait for them to be installed. The manager said he had to lift the BODY up from the FRAME to inspect each body mount even though we all know it is just the front mount. He then sent the report off to Isuzu Australia warranty engineers to inspect and they came back and said that unless the front body mounts are fully sheared off they wont replace it. Instead of asking me if I wanted to pay for the mounts to be installed he just got the techs to put the car back to together. So I wasted 3 months of waiting for absolutely nothing. The 1/5 is only for the new service manager (Greg) at North Parramatta

Just bought a Peugeot partner van from Parramatta Peugeot Professional and Geoff was very pleasant to work with. He is very polite and professional. You will save a lot buying from him. Highly recommended.

I have recently brought one of the new D-Max's from Parramatta Isuzu and I had a great experience the whole way through. Jesse Ronneberg was an attentive sales man and worked with me to organise the most appropriate delivery time, as well as assisting me with the trade in of my current car. When I received my car it was absolutely spotless and the window tinting was amazing. The entire team at Parramatta Isuzu are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and it was an absolute pleasure buying my new car from them. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We just wanted to give Geoff Dukes and all of the Team at Parramatta Isuzu a big thanks for the level of help and professionalism with the purchase of our new D-Max X-Terrain.
This D-Max is just brilliant. Isuzu have done a great job of updating the vehicle and refining it make it what i believe is the new market leader by far.
The engine power and torque upgrades from the old model is great and the level of interior and tech leave the competition in it's wake.
I truly feel for all of the people who have one on order now with the Factory closures in Europe that have interrupted supply, but believe me it will be worth the wait. We are in the 4WD aftermarket and we drive and test a lot of vehicles & This ute is the best i've driven.
I find myself turning around to look at it every time i get out of it. Love it!

Had cars to look at, but no-one here was interested in getting out of a chair to sell one.

12 months service for my Isuzu at this new dealership in Nth. Parramatta was carried out professionally and with a smile. Ally and Rehan are great ambassadors for the company as are the Service techs who attended to my car.
