Parramatta City GWM Haval

Unfortunately this is an extremely small dealer with no staff and no parking. I came here today to buy a brand new car and they weren't here, they couldn't even pick up the phone. Zero service as I called a day in advance. Shame, I'll just have to buy it from another dealer who has staff to take my money.

Customer service is terrible. I have had warranty issues for months and I get the runaround from them. I have lodged my complaint to GWM head office.

It was my first time experience to buy a brand new car and I chose to go for Haval H6 hybrid and it’s already been six months since I bought this car and now I am ready to say this car is worth to buy. One of the best experience with HavalH6, me and my daughter loved our new car and she is so excited to tell all her friends about Haval’s magic features as she says this is a magical car because it protect us from the cars around because of Autostop feature, as it’s little jerky but worthy. When it comes to patrol I saved a lot of money since I bought this car.

Hats off to Frank and Billy who have served us with open mind. Without being pushy to sell a car they put efforts and provide great service with lots of patience to make us understand the benefits of this new car. There is good colours of choice in Haval H6 GWM. My neighbours and friends asked me about the car and praised the color of the car. My money was worth to spend on such a good car.

Only the little thing I missed on we didn’t get enough training for induction or to understand all the features of this car which I still need to look around to understand. But all over experience with Haval Parramatta Team was fantastic.

Thanks again to Frank being so much cooperative in such a Hot day when I came to chose a car to buy and took me couple of times for test drive. Well done.

I got my Haval H6 last weekend. The experience of buying a new car from Justin was impressive. This is my fourth car and Justin is the best seller I v ever met. It's too good to be better that I get a car which meets my requirement in all respects and meet Justin who made the shopping experience enjoyment.

Bought an Haval Jolion Hybrid from Justin and ended up served by Frank.
I think Frank is a great sales person. Experienced, easy to talk with, keeping his promised and delivered, maintaining his service after sale, he is down to earth, straight and open to his opinion, have good awareness on his trust and credibility…
So no discredit for me and he deserved my 5 stars rating

I bought my haval h6 ultra hybrid from haval parramatta as they said they are giving me full fuel tank of petrol but when they deliver to me tank was not even half in the car. I did talk to billy sales manager over there he was rude and disrespectful to me and my brother so if you guys are planning to buy from haval parramatta then don’t expect so much from them at the end they lies on the face and doesn’t give good service so he refused to talk to justin and when i call to justin he said to me yes he did promise for full tank and when i pass phone to billy than he changed his word and said he don’t remember.i will give under 1 star rating to billy and justin who dont know how to deal with customers. Bad experience with billy sales manager and justin as well

They even don’t let you test drive if you don’t agree the price! Very terrible experience!

Got my GWM cannon X for about 3 months, and want to get another HAVAL.
But very disappointing experience. DPF self cleaning never work, have to do it manually every time.for only 5000kms, I already did it for 6 times. I don't know any other diesel vehicles doing this.
Talked to service guys today, been told this is the feature and they can't do anything about it.

I've bought many cars over the years and have never experienced such amazing after sale support from Justin at GWM Haval.

He has ensured to keep me constantly updated with all outstanding queries (there was a delay with accessories I ordered with the car). On top of that, he went out the way to assist me with simple car issues (or misunderstandings) that I had - there was no query or request that was too much - always going the extra mile. He's an amazing sales rep and represents the dealership well - highly recommended!

I had an amazing opportunity of buying my first new car Haval H6 Ultra from here and i can't complain about anything. The whole experience was very smooth.
Justin is an amazing person, very down to earth and very approachable who helped me clarify each and every doubt i had and gave me an amzing offer with my new car. I am sure i wouldn't have got any better deal. There were few hickups because of Covid but i can't blame Justin for that.

I received my Haval H6 Ultra yesterday, 6 weeks as promised. I’ve had such an amazing experience purchasing my first car. Justin and Andrew took care of everything and they were so helpful in every way. I would recommend asking for them personally! It was a very smooth process and I was contacted regularly and kept up-to-date with any changes or delays due to Covid. They were very accommodating and apologetic for changes that happened that they could not control, such as the NSW Covid lockdown that prevented the arrival of stock sooner. I’m so thrilled to have my car and would recommend the Haval H6 or Jolion to all my family and friends. The quality, specifications, technology and presentation of their cars is outstanding. Not to mention, the service was incredible and their staff members are so welcoming and respectful. I’m so overwhelmed with joy and grateful that I chose to proceed with GWM.
