8We passed through between Christmas and New Years and Tom and Bree were more than accommodating, and put us up in a King Room. Asking for a portacot was no trouble, the room was spacious and clean, the service from Tom at the front desk was exceptional. Highly recommended if you’re passing through Parkes!
Great location, and great commentary with the host, Tom…room are clean, modern and smell soo good…jump in the pool, although small it amazing for cooling down on a hot day!

There was rubbish in our room left by cleaners or past occupiers, had breakfast next morning all the cereal was stale past bbf, staff were lovely helpful though didn't charge us for the below average breaky, I'm hopeful that these things are rectified
Comfortable, clean and quiet room and good food at the restaurant and a smile and chat at the reception from Tom when arriving and leaving. Parkes International is our choice of accommodation in Parkes.
If I could go to Parkes again, I would go here. The place has spotless rooms, friendly staff, and pretty dam good food. If someone told me they were going to Parkes and needed a hotel to stay at, I would say to go here straight away! One problem though; the labels on the taps in the shower were the wrong way for our room. Other than that, it was an amazing stay!
Stayed for 1 night with partner and baby on our way back home to Tamworth. We had a great experience - amazing customer service, family room was spacious and clean, had a great dinner and brekky on-site. Will definitely be booking again!

Went there for dinner, 5 adults and 2 kids. Walked in and the four year old broke a glass. We apologised and while cleaning it up the older lady told my partner "I knew you'd lot break something as soon as you walked in. " We couldn't believe it so we walked out. They missed out on a large bill we were willing to pay. Change your attitude and you'll get more customers. What a joke.
