Parkers Art Supplies

Bought 5+ times but unfortunately I always encounter issues with purchases, either with the quality, the service (staff attitude) or with the billing (overcharging, no invoice). I like the atmosphere of the shop and the range of products, just happen to be unlucky with other aspects.

Fantastic service! I was contacted today re: postal costs for my online order I had only completed an hour or less before. The person was incredibly helpful and clarified a query. I was surprised how quickly my online order was filled and then sent. Very reliable for buying online.

I found it very well supplied with all things I needed for topping up my watercoloring supplies. Staff not too knowledgeable but helpful.

I bought some watercolour supplies online to be shipped to my home in Hobart, and these guys were so fast with their delivery times! They gave me a call when a brush they had was out of stock, and happily replaced it with one of greater value for me which I was happy with. When the package arrived you could tell that so much care was put into packing it to ensure no products arrived damaged, and I am especially impressed with how much care was taken with the half pans of schmincke watercolours I ordered. Will definitely be ordering again!

This is a treasure that we had been aware of, but had not the opportunity to visit. What a pleasure to find a business that stocks such a wide range of the fine arts stuff that we were searching for. It is now firmly placed on our must visit list whenever we come to Sydney. The next visit may very well be paper focused

Good customer service and the staff was friendly. Easy covid safety app location. The shop is massive and I don't think you not gonna find what art stuffs you looking for. Amazing.

A friend told me about this store and I can’t believe I didn’t go here sooner. They have a lot of high quality supplies which can be hard to find elsewhere. I was especially excited to see their selection of travel sized watercolour palettes and brushes. The staff are very helpful too.

I had a gift voucher but it was not a pleasant experience. Their print room is where they prepare their online orders so its a trip hazard, full of little boxes on the floor, then they charged me for things I had not wanted to buy as other things on the counter had been added to my purchases. A chaotic experience, happy to leave.

You paint and you haven't been here? I was told about it in Noumea and got here as soon as I docked.

I am an award winning artist who sells hundreds of paintings every year. I buy all my art supplies from Parkers. They have a massive selection of quality oil paints and linseed oil and brushes and papers and canvas etc etc etc It is an artist's Alladins Cave. If you need something they will have it.
