Park Hyatt Sydney

Wonderful 3 nights stay in Deluxe or premium room with Sydney Opera View at 3rd floor with the clear view.

The services was great we were attend by the bell point straight away drop off from the taxi and direct us to the reception for check in.

We arrived at 10 am the room is not ready as they check in at 3pm. However we have gotten the room at 1pm, front office will give us a call to us when the room is ready.

*need to improve front office did not really explain the facilities that available for guest to use during check in especially it was our first time*

Breakfast was great is semi buffet, you could order your main from the menu. Menu is same for the 3 days beside the Asian delight (everyday different).

The room was spacious with the bath bath facing with the view of opera house. The bath amenities are from Lelabo Bergamote 22 in residential size.

The front office will trying the best to fulfil our request. Thumb up to that.

Location is a-bit complicated and depends on the individual. There is a distance to the town and the nearer train station in circular quay which required at least 5-10mins walk.

We recently had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic, with the Opera House in the view, and the restaurants and shopping nearby at the Rock. The staff warmly welcomed us at the check-in. The room also felt very nice and well-maintained, with the couple exceptions of the toilet smelling a bit funky and getting a mosquito bite on the first night.

Arturo and Yura were the two stand-outs. Arturo saw my camera bag and recommended me view points around the city for great photo opportunities. Yura recommmended us some great breakfast options and warmed us up throughout our stay.

Overall, I think Park Hyatt Sydney is the best lodging option in the city without a doubt, and I will definitely return to the property next time I am in Sydney.

Excellent location with an amazing view of the harbour. Super luxury in the comforts of a home like atmosphere. Food withbunlimited choice according to seasons. Brilliant definitely recommended.

Love The Park Hyatt & I'm also a Fan of their breakfast including the pancakes. But just a warning, it does come with the price tag "But" in return you get great personalised service, amazing food quality & a brilliant view in front of you.

A beautiful hotel located across from the Sydney Opera House and at the base of the bridge.
We were lucky to have a suite looking toward the ferry arrivals and Opera House.

Just awesome! From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated to the ultimate guest experience. Spectacular views of the harbor and Opera House and Circular Quay and the ultimate in comfort and customer service.

Amazing views of The Opera House. Can't fault the hotel at all. I will definitely be staying again one day.

I stayed in the Opera View Deluxe room and was blown away by the amazing view of the Opera house. The location is unparalleled. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. The rooms are kept to a high standard and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here for a truly unforgettable experience.

The bedroom and view were absolutely amazing. It was my birthday and nothing special was done so I’m not quite sure why there is a section to fill out about a special occasion. My boyfriend had to ask them to send a cake to the room. The dinning was very poor service and food wasn’t that great. Breakfast at the buffet was also very poor. Quite disappointed for the money we paid and wouldn’t stay there again.

Perfect location, attentive staff, luxurious, comfortable room with a bathroom to die for! Food and drinks were pretty good too. And that view … Sydney harbour is beautiful and the weather made the trip sensational.

Would give it 6 stars if I could. The premises, the facilities, the food, the staff - all are absolutely superb. Stayed here for a few days to celebrate my wife's birthday and the staff helped make it a really special day for her, the concierge team in particular. A real highlight is the rooftop pool and jacuzzi looking out over opera house.
The location is fantastic, an oasis away from the CBD, and despite being under the harbour bridge the quality of the premises is such that it is a view and there is no noise intrudes. Will definitely be coming back

Beautiful spacious suite to get ready for my wedding in. The staff were all so accomodating, and came back to a bottle of champagne in the room on the wedding night.

Amazing location. One of the best hotels in Sydney. Room is spacious and super comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and big. Loved to see a mini buffet available again.
Would give it 5 starts if the receptionist wouldn't have tried to charge me $18 over the phone when I requested a mosquito spray, considering the room was almost $2000 a night. Our room was invaded during the 2 nights we stayed.

Went to friend wedding today service was amazing specially “ James “young boy always smile and provided amazing 5 stars customer service.
However a lady call Paola never smile terrible customer service all day feel us very uncomfortable.

Stayed in a King room.

Room was spacious and had a classic luxury feel. The rooms come in different types: "Harbour View", "Opera View", or just no view. No view really means no view! In our case, all we could see was the building next door!

If breakfast is not included in the room rate but one would still like to get breakfast in the hotel, the same menu is available both via in-room dining and at The Dining Room. However, with the former, a hot breakfast can be had for $22, whereas with the latter, one must also get a continental buffet breakfast for a total of $45.

Telephone charges were priced at $1.50 per local call.

Despite these costs being relatively small (especially when compared to the room rate!), the bundling of the hot breakfast with the continental buffet and the disproportionately priced telephone calls feels opportunistic. To borrow an American phrase, it certainly felt like we were nickel-and-dimed.

Really nice hotel in an amazing location. While everyone was kind the service could have been a bit better for the price. Rooms were very clean and I loved the view!

James provides fantastic service with patience and smiles, which is totally opposite to Paula. I don't know what a hard day she had been going through, but it made my day awful. Won’t do my wedding here!
