We had an amazing experience with Paradise floor coverings from the beginning to the end. First the quote was $1,200 cheaper than our other quote then it was installed professionally and without fuss. The carpet layer even fixed another area of carpet unrelated to the job. Paradise quoted my job of reflooring a 3-bedroom apartment quickly, accurately and reasonably. The administrator there (Joanne) has been superb the whole way. She was patient, flexible and responsive. The floor board installer I got was professional in all senses of the word. The finish product is as good as the condition of my floor could allow it to be. We are satisfied and will think Paradise when it is a flooring job.

We need to get our 7 year old carpet stretched to get rid of some loosing places. It had been a headache for us for a while because it is almost impossible to move furniture around. We have tried some other companies for quote. Most of them can not do it without an empty room. Some are too expensive. Paradise Floor covering solved our problem perfectly with their highly skilled work and very reasonable price. From onsite guoting, booking to the actual day working. Everthing is five start. Very trust worthy business.

My friend is a property manager and highly recommended this company. I made a phone call to seek indicative quote last week on a studio unit and the customer service level is super. The lady was so patience and explained everything. I will seek for on site quote and likely go with them. Will update how the work is. Absolutely love Paradise Floor Coverings. I am a Property Manager and having a flooring company that is fast and reliable while being well priced makes our job easier and our clients happy. If I could give minus stars I would. Do not go with this company, the customer service is horrible and they basically admitted their work would be bad before they started.

-I am displeased with the fact you went behind our back to our agent and told them the repair would look awful and they should do a replacement of the full upstairs. Don't come here and lie. You are making yourself look even more shonky. I have email proof and also had another company do the repair, and it looks AMAZING. I guess some people know what they are doing. Good luck and hope you go take some lessons in customer service and carpet repairs.
