Paperbark Camp reviews
56 I can definitely say this is my new favourite place in Australia. I give it 10 stars. Two nights in this luxurious place eating the best vegetarian and vegan at The Gunyah restaurant. Exceptional and professional service.
Thank you so much for making such an amazing place to stay and dine in nature. I’ll try to come every year.
Went for breakfast. Fantastic 3 courses - fruit platter, granola with yoghurt, cooked breakfast plus fruit juice & coffee.
I stayed at Paperbark Camp 2 weeks ago with my husband for our first wedding anniversary. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't be more happier with our experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We are thinking of making it an anniversary tradition and have told everyone we know to go visit.
We just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Paperbark Camp. What a special and unique way to camp without forgoing any luxury. The tent was spacious, pristine and comfortable with heating and many blankets to keep us warm. Thank you to all your amazing staff for their hospitality and great service. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious all the food was, it really was a highlight of our stay.
Beautiful clean tranquil environment.
Full of nature.
Fine dining.
Staff are beautiful friendly and helpful.
Rooms are immaculate.
Such an amazing getaway. We were worried we'd be cold but it was well equipped for winter. Can't wait to go back.
I had such a lovely stay here with my partner, the tent was amazing, every meals were delicious and the staff was amazing, really carrying. A peaceful weekend and a wonderful experience, thank you very much.
WOW! I would give paperbark 10 stars if I could! What a wonderful experience. Every single detail thought of. Incredible customer service, delicious food, SUPER comfy bedding and a truly gorgeous tent set up. There were so many thought through touches that made it feel super special.
The staff are incredibly attentive and professional. The feeling when you're being greeted is like you've arrived at a 5 star hotel in the middle of a bushland paradise.
We loved the bath in the tent as well! There were bath salts, candles and comfy robes to make the experience more special.
This is truly worth the price. We felt like we were on a private safari in the wilderness with all the finer things at our fingertips.
It rained on our second day which was actually the most delightful experience as we woke up to the sound of raindrops on the roof. If you need a little getaway to help you reset your clocks and get back to what's important this is for you.
We love the location and the staff are lovely. We visited for breakfast this time around and it was very nice. Only thing was the long wait for the food to arrive at the table. Otherwise definitely would have given 5 stars.
This place is amazing. Service is probably the highlight, with delicious food and lovely staff. We were pleasantly surprised with every thoughtful thing they did. From packed lunches, thermos' of hot water for cups of tea and mosquito repellent everywhere you looked, they really thought of everything! Thankyou for a blissful stay in a beautiful tent.
Our stay at paperbark was beautiful! The staff made the experience particularly memorable, especially Chris who welcomed us and attended to our stay with particular care. We will definitely come back. Thank you:)
Lovely location in a Paperbark swamp. Great service and food.
About 15km from the beach. Wallabies feeding outside our glamping tent first morning.
Amazing trip! Everything is so well thought out, and the service is amazing. Outdoor shower was a highlight, and the food was amazing. 100 percent recommend!
We had one of the best weekends of the year so far. Everything was so perfectly lovely and the attention to detail was impressive. I don't think there's anything that could have been done better!
Our first getaway in 9 years. Wow wow wow. What a beautiful place to enjoy peace and quiet. Far away from the hustle and busstle of city life but not too far to enjoy the gorgeous Huskisson.
The camp exceeded all of our expectations, from the staff/service, to the food and the accommodation. Definitely a place we would return to again and again. Thank you to the whole team at Paperbark. Until next time
Amazing 2 night stay, the tents and property is fantastic, comfortable and well layed out. The staff and food were top shelf. We will be back for many more stays and can’t wait.
In my personal opinion, this is so selfish.
The campsite does not allow children under 10 years old.wow
My friends and myself had a very special couple of days at paper bark camp.the food was delicious,
the accommodation was extremely comfortable and sharing a glass of champagne on the verandah was a wonderful experience.we enjoyed a game of cards around the open fire in the dining room, which was very cosy.however, the most memorable was the staff. Kyle was our afternoon/evening manager and stefan, our morning and lunchtime manager.they were extremely courteous and served our every need and went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one.
WHICH IT WAS. Lyn Maidment. Bronte
I've been to many luxury stays and fancy dining but I want to expecting to have both worlds in a glamping weekend getaway. Impressive, outstanding customer service and luxury accommodation.
Loved coming to Paperbark camp, loved the outdoor experience it was so relaxing. The highlight was the Gunyah restaurant and we were excited every night and morning to see what they were serving because the food was some of the best we have ever had. The staff that work here are excellent and all the little touches like the fire place and hot water bottles, and 7am coffee on your door step made the experience special. Love this place well be back!
