Lots of European and middle eastern product can be find in this store, bread section can be bit more interesting I guess, it just can’t be find behind the cashiers, unless you moving down to charcuterie or cafe section,

Panettas Marrickville Metro. I rang yesterday enquiring when they put out their bargain box at $15.00 and then asked if they could keep 1 box for me with my name on it. I picked it up today with my name on it. Really good quality and abundant. The service is impeccable and courteous. I was so happy that I didn’t miss out on my box. Thank you Panettas

Well looked after fruit and vegetable store.large variety of fruit and veggies Also lots of other deli products, including lots of stuff you won't find anywhere else. A bit more expensive than supermarkets.

Soggy pastry. That's what you end up with if you try to reheat pastry in a microwave oven. It just doesn't work. Even if you put it under a griller for a few seconds afterwards, it just doesn't work. You still end up with soggy pastry.
Please don't try to heat sausage rolls in a microwave oven.

Beautiful fresh produce, friendly staff and the best cafe - hidden gem with excellent food and super affordable prices.

A great range of fresh fruit and veg and foods and delicacies from all over the world. Definitely recommend a visit to find ingredients and tastes you've never tried before.

Cafe is incredible value for money, coffee is fantastic and staff are always very friendly.

If you need inspiration for making dinner, this place is it! Heaps of bargains to be had on seasonal produce and fresh readymade meals. Their new cafe serves up the most delectable sandwiches using their own deli, they literally taste like Italy! Cute happy staff, Support local! 10/10

Dropped in their cafe and ordered their burger with chips. Was very surprised to find the burger patty home made with a nice char that you could taste, chicken salt on the chips all for $15, great value! Will be back.

Probably the best deli/fruit and veg shop in the inner west for your everyday needs. Deli staff are helpful and the range is quite good.fruit and veg is always fresh and reasonably priced, especially when you buy bulk/in bags.

Love this place so much! Always come here for my morning coffee, would argue the best coffee spot in the metro (or broader sydney) well priced good food and a nice vegan breakky. The baristas Shari and James always brighten my day with their incredible energy and great coffee

Amazing service. Got into a last minute event disaster, the staffs are so kind to help out turn the fruits I bought into boxes of fruit platter at a reasonable charge. Thanks alot team.

A big bouquet to Angela who works in the Marrickville store and has helped me twice to find products that are no longer available in the store. She's a treasure, so someone give her a promotion.

Love Panetta, the quality and variety of their fruit and veggies is great and the deli department is just awesome.and quite often some of the fruit/products are cheaper than at the supermarket.

By mistake, my wife and I walk through the back entrance to the metro and didn't even realise that Panetta Mercato had a café, so we decided to stop and have a coffee and cake before our shopping. We got chatting with the friend staff and decided to have lunch on the way out.
Charcuterie Board was cut fresh from the deli. The Nepalese traditional soup was to die for and a good size. Overall service was super quick and friendly, price was reasonable. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back

Beautiful produce selection, it's quite fresh overall. Lady who served us was not that friendly, didn't say much, not even a thank you. Customer service can be improved but otherwise it's clean and nice to shop at.

Come for the quality produce and groceries, but stay for their cafe deli at the back!

You can get an amazing, freshly made Italian style sando with a coffee for a good price, and still have enough to finish the meal with a ricotta cheese cake or sfogliatelle.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable too!

Hi guys you must try the new cafe it's absolutely delicious especially egg benedict it's to die for great service and hospitality will go again.

Stumbled across the cafe by complete accident and wow, best accident I’ve ever made! The cafe is a hidden gem with gourmet choices and delicious food. Coffee was worth getting up for! Generous portions, friendly staff and good vibe.
