I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company.
If you buy a product from them and the product is faulty then good luck.
Is more than two weeks since I contacted them and still have not received any replies.
Spoke with two different people and they requested the same details but nothing happen (send us an email with details and will let you know).
Very disappointed as I am not seeing them respect their warranty mentioned even on their website.
I have dealed with better company that send you apologies about their faulty product and organise for an immediate replacement as they understand the frustration.
I will let Panasonic customer service deal with Fair Trade.
I highly recommended to not buy from them as I will not anymore.
In my scenario is an inverter microwave that I was using to sterilise bottle for my baby.
I am not able to wait one year to get an answer of how repair or replace this microwave as is my right as a customer to get an answer about the warranty of this faulty item.
Very disappointed and bad customer service experience.

Bought a flat bed microwave. Apparently it was meant to be best of the best microwaves. Within the first year and on and off continuously till today, it kept having problems with heating. One side of the food was cold and the other side was piping hot. I contacted Panasonic, they kept sending me to a third party repairer, having to drive there to drop it off and pick it up.
Still, the problem exists. I paid top dollar for this microwave and it’s faulty.
My latest contact with Panasonic, is to choose another microwave and they’ll provide me a discount. Absolute garbage customer service and help.
Had a problem with our DVD player and one phone call was enough to get it fixed, the young lady concerned was very helpfull and very patient.

I purchased a Panasonic fridge which was delivered without an evaporator pan. This results in water dripping onto the floor below rather than being collected in the pan. I only realized when a pool of water started making its way from under the fridge, this resulted in some warped timber floorboards.
I contacted Panasonic, and they swiftly replied, letting me know they will send me a replacement pan free of charge. This was mid-Jan 2021, I was told the part was ordered and to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks due to cargo delays. You can see my text messages to their representative Mark (likely a Business Manager) throughout March and April. His response was always ‘the part will arrive within the next fortnight’. In mid-April, 13 weeks after the part was ‘ordered’, and due to extensive delays, I was assured by Mark ‘my priorities are my customers and that includes you’ and the ‘ETD has been confirmed for early May’.
It is now late May and Mark has not responded to any messages sent in the past fortnight. I feel I have been very understanding and patient, but it is now 20 weeks since the part was ‘ordered’. My fridge sticks halfway across my kitchen, as I need to access the rear to periodically empty the temporary plastic pan in place. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of Panasonic products over the years and consider Panasonic products to be superior over their competitors. However, this experience, delay after delay which appears result in a LIE is extremely disappointing for a loyal customer like myself.

Panasonic delivered to us on their AA/AAA charger warranty.
Our Panasonic AA/AAA charger became faulty several months after buying it online. It was an Australian model (not an overseas import), and we submitted a warranty claim, which included a video of the defect, just 3 weeks before the warranty expired at 12 months. And Panasonic honored their warranty by sending us a brand new replacement unit, which came complete with batteries. They even paid for delivery, so cheers to Panasonic! Even if this one becomes faulty the same way (and in that case we won't be buying this model again), we're really pleased by how they responded. We will use just Panasonic batteries for this replacement unit.

My query was about resetting the start and finish time buffers on our recorder. I knew nothing about it and the handbook was not very clear on the subject. So I from New Zealand I contacted Panasonic Australia Support. Eduard responded promptly and gave very clear instructions. I fixed it in no time. I needed details about finalising a disc I had recorded. The instructions in the Manual were very good, and easy to follow. However, I wanted information about some finer details which were not quite clear. Having contacted Panasonic, they went into a few details, and my query was answered the day after I made it, which was excellent. Top marks for being so courteous, and very helpful, and for going into detail as to what was required to fix my query, As one who is "technically challenged", and flounders around even on minor things, the help I got was wonderful. The customer service staff of Matsushita Electric is very patient and promptly assisted me to solve the problem I submitted, and the quick feedback made my problem well resolved.
I phoned for assistance with problem experienced when setting up a new Blu-ray recorder, and I was able to solve the problem and complete set up successfully in a very short time. Many Thanks

Terrible quality and customer service. They do not stand by their products at all. Products are built to break and the customer service is non-existent.
So very happy with all the help I received from Panasonic. I had an issue with my television (which turned out to be a common problem, regardless of the brand, with the LED screens) and even though the television was out of warranty by about 18 months Panasonic really looked after me, offering a couple of alternatives, one of which was a fantastic deal on a new TV, which I accepted. The TV is brilliant and I can't thank Panasonic enough.
We had a sound problem with our Panasonic DMR-HWT260 it was 5 months out of Warranty thought we should have lasted a bit longer as we use it in the Caravan I called customer service at Panasonic the gentlemen I spoke to was very helpfully orginised to have it repaired free of charge provided it had not been abused picked it up works great so pleased about the service and follow up thank you Panasonic

Panasonic were able to provide me the information I was seeking in a timely manner for a new convention microwave oven to replace a new Sharp convention microwave oven I purchased 1 month ago.
Really happy with our Panasonic Breadmaker, the SD-ZB2512 model. Makes a perfect white loaf every time using the provided recipes. 5 Stars.
